Waited over an hour after check in time. We arrived at 3, room not ready… multiple check in’s @4, we had to finally approach the desk( we were told they would text us). Staff unfamiliar with “new system”

Breve pero cómoda y bien aprovechada (pude lavar y secar mi ropa).
Pros:

El personal muy amable. La habitación amplia, y el servicio de auto-lavandería para huéspedes. Por USD 3.50 se puede lavar y secar la ropa (30 mins. cada ciclo), y te dan el detergente y toallitas suavizantes para la secadora. En el mini-gimnasio los aparatos funcionan muy bien.

Cons:

El desayuno no era muy variado pero en comparación con otro hotel en el que estuve, tenían bastantes cosas y está incluido en el precio. Los bagels un poco duros, no nabia pan integral. Podrían poner más fruta. Por lo demás bien.
La ubicación un poco retirada de Yountville, que es donde tenía que ir.

Pros:

Room 120 had electrical issues. Woke up several times with the ceiling light on. Next morning woke up to rat droppings in the window sill. I've complained and asked for some type of compensation. I have not heard a work yet.

Not worth the price.
Pros:

Hotel seemed very old and extremely out of date. Did not match the Marriott brand in any way shape or form.

I didn't stay.
Pros:

Nothing, because I ended up not staying. In fact the sale of 2 nights was lost when your employee at the front desk failed to offer us accommodations when Booking.com failed ro make our reservation. There was a room available after I asked about one, but there wasn't even an offer to accommodate is for the price we paid online. Didn't offer to assist us at all with anything.

The employee at the front desk could have been helpful.

Maus im Zimmer
Pros:

Zimmer und Bad waren groß, Dusche gut, Pool recht groß aber ohne Handtücher (wurden auch auf Nachfrage nicht gebracht), es waren Papiertücher im Pool und zum Sonnen zu laut

Cons:

Unser Zimmer 110 war direkt neben der Küche und morgens entdeckten wir eine MAUS. Bis jemand kam war sie natürlich weg und der Mann an der Rezeption konnte uns nicht sagen, ob er uns das Geld für die 2. Nacht erstatten kann oder uns kostenlos ein besseres Zimmer geben kann, da der Manager am Wochenende nicht erreichbar war. Wir haben natürlich das Hotel sofort verlassen und versuchen nun von Booking.com das Geld wiederzubekommen.
Außerdem war es morgens ab 5 Uhr sehr laut: Geschrei, Autotüren, sehr stark befahrene Straße und Eismaschine vor der Tür.
Das schlechteste und teuerste Hotel auf unserer 3wöchigen Reise.

Komfortables Hotel nahe zum Nappa Valley
Pros:

Zentrale Lage an der Strasse nach Nappa Valley, aber trotzdem ruhig. Zimmer sind recht gut isoliert gegen Geräusche. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut und reichhaltig, es gab auch etwas Obst. Parkplätze waren im Preis inbegriffen.

Cons:

Das Zimmer hatte zwar eine kleine Küche, aber es waren keinerlei Utensilien vorhanden.
