my stay at cala galdana was exceptional but the hotel was not worth value given the moldy bathroom

old rooms, mold in the bathroom, there was never any valet driver available, or bell boy to bring up my luggage or take it back down. overpriced hotel for not offering that level of service. they also never answered phone calls or emails leading up to my stay and i ended up sending a package to the hotel with hopes it would arrive but when i asked the front desk in person they confirmed then that packages don't usually get delivered to the property. i would have never sent my package there had they answered my queries about delivery service/experience.

Da localização, do conforto, pequeno almoço variado, spa bastante completo (mediante pagamento) e possibilidade de fazer aulas de Pilates e yoga (mediante pagamento e marcação).

Cons:

Considero que o spa na zona do banho termal precisa de manutenção. Penso ser conveniente haver um horário limite para marcar o jantar. Num dos dias tentamos ir ao buffet e já não conseguimos e tivemos de ir ao bar que tem refeições ligeiras mas por azar não tinham salmão para fazer 2 dos pratos.

Très bel hôtel, idéalement situé pour les amateurs de randonnée, de balades et de magnifiques plages avec de superbes paysages. J’ai adoré mon séjour !

Le petit-déjeuner est excellent : très copieux, varié et avec beaucoup de produits faits maison. Honnêtement, si vous prenez la formule avec petit-déjeuner et que vous mangez bien le matin, vous n’aurez probablement pas besoin de déjeuner le midi. De mon côté, je faisais simplement petit-déjeuner et dîner.

Tout est relativement proche, mais attention : si vous souhaitez visiter l’autre côté de l’île, une voiture est indispensable.

Petit point important à savoir : l’accès au spa, au hammam et au jacuzzi se fait uniquement sur réservation et avec un supplément. Sur Booking, ce n’est pas forcément très clair, car seul l’accès à la piscine est inclus.

Enfin, l’aéroport se trouve à environ 30 à 40 minutes de l’hôtel. Il faut penser à réserver la navette au moins 24 h à l’avance (15 € par personne), sinon le trajet en taxi revient à environ 50 €.

Cons:

J’ai particulièrement apprécié l’ambiance de l’hôtel, très agréable et reposante. Le personnel est vraiment à l’écoute, accueillant et d’une grande gentillesse. Les repas étaient excellents, avec également plusieurs très bons restaurants à proximité. L’emplacement est parfait pour profiter des randonnées et découvrir les alentours à pied.
