Fantastic stay
Pros:

We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded from a Classic Room to a Superior Room, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with cozy beds and a large shower.

The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options. Everything was well stocked and replenished regularly, ensuring there was always plenty to choose from.

Cons:

We were aware that the hotel is located a little outside the city centre, so we either used our car or took an Uber to get around. The hotel provides a shuttle service at 16:00 and 19:00. However, offering the shuttle more frequently throughout the day would make it even more convenient for guests wishing to visit the city.

Personeel receptie uiterst behulpzaam

Cons:

Koelkast in een van onze kamers ondanks meermaals beloofde reparatie tijdens verblijf defect gebleven, jammer tijdens de hittegolf dat je geen koud drinken kan pakken

Las habitaciones y las camas muy cómodas.

Cons:

La piscina era pequeña para el tamaño del hotel y no tenía spa.
Algunos trabajadores eran amables pero otros un poco antipáticos.
Se salía el agua de la ducha porque estaba un poco atascado el sumidero.

Pros:

Moderne Anlage, großes Zimmer mit sehr bequemen Bett. Gute Klimaanlage (war dringend nötig bei der außergewöhnlichen Hitze). Kostenloses Parken. Direkt an der Autobahn (aber trotzdem sehr ruhig). Guter Kühlschrank (ist in vielen Hotels leider anders).

Cons:

ein wenig abgelegen (keine Geschäfte in unmittelbarer Nähe und Stadtmitte auch nicht sehr nah), aber das war schon bekannt. Restaurant erfüllt nicht die Erwartungen.

We will return one day. A lovely place to stay in a beautiful city.
Pros:

Everything was great and the pool was an added bonus. We decided to make this a rest stop and it worked.
Breakfast was amazing and staff around the bar were great too.

Cons:

For us it was a bit far from things and we had to uber everywhere. Perhaps a more frequent shuttle into the city would have helped.
