The staff person was kind of rude and trying to argue that my my granddaughter 14 was an adult and she couldn’t stay there because she didn’t have no idea. She finally let her stay finally believe in that she was 14

Our room flooded at 2am in the morning and we had to beg to change rooms, he said it might have been the person above us room but when we got in there for the first time it smelled like mold and was humid like it had happened before. After he finally moved us the next room reaked of dog and overall was a very unpleasant stay.

It was not very clean, the tub had hair in it and and the base had built up dirt around it

Staff and couldn’t get clean towels

Basically missed a wedding because they didn’t have a room available for me and my family so our room was canceled last minute and there were no more hotels around available. Wasted travel!

Front desk staff

Not clean; have cockroaches coming up from the sewer. Room was stinky. Smells like someone was smoking in the bathroom.

Absolutely everything, from the rude unhelpful customer service, to the strong smell of weed. The bed wasn’t even a real bed, it was a cot… with a very thin mattresses with thin stained sheets and blankets.. the floors was slimy and slick like they had mopped with greasy water, and the shower curtain had black mold on it.. what makes this even better is when we needed a towel and wash cloth in the morning for a shower the front desk employee let us know that we couldn’t have those items and when we said we needed to have them before a certain time so we could leave, he let my husband know it wasn’t his problem … so if I could give this hotel a 0 out of 10 I would. Don’t make the mistake of wasting your money on this place because the pictures are literally not real!

Had to pay for towels

The hallway could had been cleaner than what it was.

Dirty filthy. I couldn’t even shower I didn’t sleep under the covers. If there were rooms available nearby I would have left.

There was a three dollar and 50 Cent charge for me to exchange washcloths and towels for the three day state we had. There was no blow dryers in the room when I went downstairs to request a blow dryer. They only had four which you had to leave your ID for in order to use but when I went down there, they were all checked out until like the day that I was leaving so I was unable to use a blow dryer to blow my hair and the staff I can only speak to the lady Christine at front desk. I was not to find her. Yeah her tone wasn’t the greatest, but I guess it would be considered professional because she didn’t raise her voice, but she was she was not very welcoming and I had another friend that booked on the same website as I did that stayed on the fourth floor that was lighter and skin. She almost looks white and they did not charge her to get an extra towel or washcloth they did not tell her that she had to exchange what she used the dirty linen for new Lennon and it just was not welcoming or inviting at all for me not only that the person I stayed for when she went back downstairs. She said the lady Christine or Christina was very rude to her and she’s up a doctor complexion and I noticed that all of the group of friends that I had that stayed in that hotel and various rooms were all darker skin women, and they had issues with her, but the one person that I traveled with that was of a fair tone. Skin did not have issues with her. She was really nice to her a very welcoming to her, but not the others so I will not be back at any WoodSpring in any city or state.
