Poor value, loud and shuttle not free
Pros:

The room was fine and the hotel was easy to find and access.

Cons:

Walls are thin and you can hear every noises, slamming doors, people upstairs, elevators etc.

Also parking was mentioned to be free based on availability, I had to pay 15€ and the shuttle to the airport is NOT free of charge.
This wasn't mentioned on the email confirmation from the hotel themselves.

Overall not a great value, better stay at a hotel directly at the Vienna Airport.

Atende, mas precisa melhorar.
Pros:

Excelente localização, muito próximo ao aeroporto. Hotel limpo e bem organizado, com um café da manhã satisfatório. Tivemos uma boa experiência e recomendamos a estadia.

Cons:

O quarto é um pouco apertado para acomodar quatro pessoas com conforto. A cortina não bloqueia a claridade de forma satisfatória, o que pode atrapalhar o descanso. Além disso, o quarto não dispõe de frigobar nem de TV Smart.

Booking üzerinden rezervasyon yaptırırken 4 kişilik aile odası talebimiz 1 oda üzerinden yapılmıştı.Otele vardığımızda bize jest yaparak aynı fiyata iki ayrı oda verdiler.Resepsiyondaki hanımefendi çok samimi ,güleryüzlü ve yardımsever birisiydi.Temizlik çok iyiydi ve otel gerçekten konforluydu.

Tek eksik olan şey odalarda buzdolabı olmamasıydı.

Le bruit des autres jusque minuit et surtout un essuie de bain pour deux, malgré que nous l'avions signaler. télécommande tv sans pile, des petits détails qui ne font pas envie de retourner...
