Sengenjaya - what a wonderful little area of Tokyo
Pros:

The area around the hotel was wonderful, lots of local cafes and restaurants. The train station was only a 4 min walk. The staff was friendly and they cleaned and replaced towels and toiletries everyday. It was quiet. My son is going to college in the area and I will stay here every time I come visit.

Cons:

The room was a little run down, walls were not clean, but the beds and bathrooms were clean so not too much of an issue only one outlet for charging phones and wifi made It difficult to have more then one person there.

場所は便利だけど階段を改善してほしい
Cons:

二階のロビーに上がる階段が重い荷物やスーツケースを持ってるときつかったです。降りる時も怖かったです。エスカレーターかエレベーターがあると助かります。
部屋は良かったけどバスルームに上がる段差が階段並みに高くて高齢者には大変だと思いました。

私のミスで喫煙の部屋を予約していましたが、急遽フロントで禁煙に変更頂きました。それで、恐らく予備の部屋をあてがわれたのでしょう。止む得ないと思います。ですから、これ以上の詳細は控えます。ありがとうございました。
