Never disappoints!
Pros:

Rooms are lovely, beds and pillows very comfy. Great little convemience store downstairs and convenient shuttle bus to Narita Airport.

Cons:

That I did not have time to stay for their delicious breakfasts.

The hotel is perfect,has a gym and a coin laundry.Free shuttle to the airport and shopping.Walk out thru a green forest,a river and shopping,great.

此次住宿期間發生了一個小事件、本人皮夾遺失了、立刻請樓下櫃檯協助、原本沒有期待櫃檯人員會願意協助找尋、但很幸運的遇上樓下櫃檯人員Anita熱心幫忙聯絡警局、果然尋獲了遺失在計程車上的皮夾、感謝善心的計程車司機齊藤先生以及美麗的櫃檯人員Ani
Pros:

成田機場附近的飯店、機場接駁車於出口右手邊的候車區、對於第一天抵達的旅客來說非常方便、隔天還能去附近走走很棒、因為飯店不是那麼新穎但是乾淨、早餐豐富、服務人員服務很好

Cons:

大致上都不錯、建議～如果樓上客房走廊的地板能翻新或是改變一下就會令飯店感覺不那麼陳舊的感覺

全てが最高！
Pros:

値段がお安いのに、いつもフロントの方の対応は最高。部屋の広さ綺麗さも最高。いつも満足して宿泊させていただいてます。後は、何と言っても無料シャトルバスがあるのが素晴らしいです。後、ホテルの中にコンビニがあるのが最高です。毎回、使用させていただいてます。

Pros:

Location and onsite restaurant.

Cons:

Beds were like bricks. Eating the same meals for lunch and dinner & breakfast whilst we were stranded due to weather conditions and cancelled flights was less than ideal. Rooms were loud- could hear every conversation and footsteps near the room. Sleep was not achieved due to constant noises.

ホテルの部屋は広く快適です。

部屋が広く快適でした。
ホテル内に、コンビニがあり、便利！。
スタッフも親切でした。

Cons:

成田駅発、ホテル行きバスが夕方は混み合うせいかおくれました。他ホテルとの共同便で、イオンモールからの宿泊客も拾い、ホテル迄かなり時間がかかります。
