I had a wonderful time and wish I could stay longer
Pros:

The pools were great, lots of things to do just in the hotel

Cons:

Would've preferred a better ocean view but still was happy

A much needed vacation
Pros:

Our room was clean.the location is good.

Cons:

The elevators kept getting stuck. You couldn't have your own music at the pool or your ice chest. DJ was there one day for only 3 hours.the price of the food was so high.Our stove and refrigerator needed maintenance.

Pros:

Nice oceanfront view, however when I booked I specified I didn't want high up. We were on the 15th floor. When checking in I asked if anything lower was available, they said it was not.

Cons:

Didn't care for the 15th floor. It was too high. When checked in the staff didn't give any directions where to park or any hotel information whatsoever.

I would return
Pros:

It had more than enough pools and hot tubs out there and able to text an conversate with front desk at all times

Cons:

Parking spaces was small and no one explained about how the breakfast went but it was ok

Not bad at all.
Pros:

Great location, Good staff,clean rooms. Food was reasonable price and good.

Cons:

Room didn't have many outlets and had a smell at the entrance of the room.

The beach was great, but the hotel inconveniences were not worth the price.
Cons:

The breakfast was over priced for the tiny selection, but it was buffet so I guess that’s why. The food and drinks on turtle bay were good, but they closed at 5, which I felt was super early. We were there 7 days and the pool bar was open 2 of those days. :( We had to change rooms 3 times! The first one was not accommodating what I booked, the second room was dirty (literally hadn’t been touched since the last occupants - trash, beds untouched, etc.) and it reeked of cigarette smoke. The third room we were placed into also hadn’t been cleaned since the last guests so we had to get that taken care of to be comfortable. For $1500 for the week, I expected way better. This has been our go to spot for years, but things are definitely falling off to the point I’m considering a new hotel.
