The location.

Cons:

Rooms looked nothing like the pictures. Holes in the walls. Uncomfortable beds. Not clean. Couldn’t even use the pull out it was nasty. We had to wait hours for our room when we checked in.

Pros:

The easy access to beach!

Cons:

We have a high rise family van. We can’t go all the way up so we tried to look for parking on the first floor ground floor for high-rise vehicles and I did not like that. There were vehicles that were not high-rise and were compact cars even minivans who parked there.

Cons:

Check in time was 4 pm didn’t get room until 6 pm. Then asked for clean towels and wash clothes never received them to the next day meantime had to was them ourselves in the washer n dryer unit in the room. Then there was the roaches! Running in every-time you opened the doors. Coming out of the washer n dryer unit closet. Advised front desk again and they said someone would be up- nope no one showed up. Took picture and left two of the many roaches in a Powerade bottle and advised the front desk I left the roaches in the bottle on the counter!! Poor service.

We don't plan to stay at this location again but it was enjoyable for the time being.
Pros:

Beach access, the hotel's waterpark, the lazy river, and pool were really great. The kids had a blast. We were given a room in the Savoy complex, which is more private, closer to the beach, has a reserved parking space, and each room has a balcony. Maintenance responds quickly as well when needed.

Cons:

Room did not match what is shown on Booking website and furniture was old, Housekeeping took forever to bring towels and had to be told not to enter without permission. Refrigerator was not working upon our arrival, but Maintenance was able to replace it with a new unit on the 1st day. Make plans to bring as many items and amenities as you can because nearby shop prices are high (you know, tourist tax).
