Pros:

L'hotel era in una posizione veramente comoda per visitare la città e facilmente raggiungibile dal parcheggio suggerito dall'albergo stesso. Camera molto spaziosa e confortevole; bagno super! Anche la colazione è stata molto varia e abbondante. Personale cordiale e disponibile. Veramente un bell'albergo! Il costo non è economico, ma adeguato a quello che abbiamo trovato. Consigliato!

Die gute Lage direkt in der Altstadt

Cons:

Leider hatten wir direkt vor dem Fenster eine Baustelle, aber Fenster zu dann war es ok. Kann das Hotel ja nichts dafür.

Pros:

Fabulous and attentive hotel! The lady at the front desk was so lovely and helpful! The laundry facilities were also so helpful! Couldn’t recommend this stay more!

Good Place in Innsbruck
Pros:

Excellent hotel, I enjoyed staying here very much. Nice room, excellent breakfast, great location, and the staff was very friendly. I would gladly stay here again.

Cons:

A bit of noise from a bar nearby but that is not the hotel’s fault.

Perfekte Unterkunft mit herzlichem Personal
Pros:

Die Damen an der Rezeption sind super freundlich, besonders Sabrina überzeugt mit ihrer Herzlichkeit und Humor.
Die Lage ist super für Ausflüge, da es sehr zentral liegt und die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuss erreichbar sind.

Pros:

Old building but new equipment and fancy lights! Very comfortable, I like the pretty dresses on all ladies, kitchen area in old basement is super elegant! Breakfast bar is full of different choices, plenty of fruits.

A blend of elegant old and modern full of warmth and hospitality
Pros:

It’s a beautiful old building from the 1500s that has kept its heritage with beautiful wood work and decorative jeweled mirror tiles and it is also modernized. I wish the walls could talk! The balcony and mountain view was special. The staff were all so friendly especially Andrea. She answered all our questions and always had a smile on her face. I also loved the laundry facilities. If we return to Innsbruck we would definitely return here again.
