Pros:

Emplacement proche du centre à pied

Cons:

Déçu par le service. Nous avons eu un problème de moteur sur notre voiture qui nous a forcé d’annuler la première nuit de notre séjour à Innsbruck. Ils n’ont rien voulu savoir et nous ont facturé les deux nuits alors que nous envisagions d’en rajouter une en fin de séjour. Résultat: on va réserver cette nuit dans un autre hôtel de la ville. A noter qu’ils nous ont offerts le petit déjeuner.

Day trip to Innsbruck
Pros:

This hotel was excellent, especially for the price. The location was perfect and the view of the mountains from the balcony was incredible. The front desk was extremely helpful and kind. The pillows were slightly flat and I wish I would've had more than one, but that is my only complaint. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Rigtig fint, komfortabelt, historisk hotel, nænsomt renoveret
Pros:

Meget venligt personale, særligt i receptionen, både ved ind- og udcheckning. Adgang til vaskemaskine, strygerum og kaffemaskine . Dejlig historisk bygning og super hyggelig morgenmadsrestaurant.

Cons:

Lagenet var lagt direkte på madrassen

Pros:

It was a good experience, nice hotel and nice service.
The car was parked in the basement and over all it was very convenient

Pros:

It was clean and close to the train station.

Cons:

The refrigerator didn’t work. No microwave in the room. 2 desks, 2 beds, 1 chair. The shower fell off the wall. The breakfast was not great. Raw bacon, overly cooked boiled eggs, not fresh fresh fruit.

Great location, very friendly staff.

Cons:

We booked a room with a balcony. Almost all the rooms with balconies were private, but ours was not. It was a thoroughfare that anyone in the hotel could walk past or from outside as it connected to a fire escape. This meant we could not leave the curtains undrawn as people could see into our room, nor open the door (only window) at night. It should have had pot plants or some form of separation so people could not enter our balcony space and room.

Great location and quiet rooms
Pros:

We had 2 rooms on the 5th floor. Rooms were quiet. Great location. Very close to the old town and about 10 minute walk to the central train station. Standard room was modern and had nice decor. Very good AC. Breakfast area was really nice. Enjoyed the fresh squeezed orange juice and honeycomb from the hotels bees. Access to McFit gym near sister hotel Adler was appreciated. Nice sauna facilities. On site laundry machine and dryer was very convenient. Easy access to new towels if needed on first floor service station.

Cons:

I had the signature room Kaiser Maximillian. I liked the extra space but would have liked modern decor and furniture better. Our room also had a strange overripe fruit smell that my son’s regularly room did not have. Both rooms did not have a mini fridge. The hotel had drinking water but it is not cold. There is no hair conditioner. Front desk is closed from 10:30pm until 6:30 am although there is a number you can call.
