The Quality Hotel Coventry does not accept cash payments on arrival.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and the debit/credit card used to make the booking upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Guests booking under a third party must inform the property prior to arrival in order to fill out the third party authorization form.

All bookings made after 1 January 2018 for arrival after 1 February 2018 will be subject to a GBP 5 daily parking charge. This will be charged on check-in.

Early check-in from 12:00 is possible by prior arrangement with the property for an additional fee. Subject to availability.

Late check-out until 13:00 is possible by prior arrangement with the property for an additional fee. Subject to availability.

Please note that there is no elevator within the property. All standard rooms are located in the front of the building on the first floor, and a limited number of Business Double rooms are located on the ground floor and are subject to availability.

Good value, great breakfast. Needs some work.
Pros:

Professional and very smart appearance of staff, and very helpful.

Cons:

Room was very hot and there was no means of cooling it down. Fan didn't help. Water pressure is too low.
I was going to eat dinner but when I saw how some people were dressed I went elsewhere.

Our stay was very good
Pros:

We had dinner on the evening we were in hotel and it was lovely. Young waitress was so helpful about our choices as we were with family and 2 of us are coeliac. Enjoyed the evening meal. Thank you.
Breakfast was a little disappointing as not much choice of gluten free food.

Cons:

Breakfast.

Zeer goed verblijf, voor herhaling vatbaar.
Pros:

Vriendelijk en behulpzaam ontvangst. Heel ruime parking. Ruime en nette kamers. Zeer goed ontbijt. Ik ben gehandicapt en om de receptie te bereiken moesten er een 10-tal trappen gedaan worden, dat was voor mij onmogelijk met de bagage. We mochten de auto achteraan uitladen zodat we op begane grond, via de branddeur, onze bagage naar de kamers konden brengen. Binnenin was het hotel wel voorzien voor toegang met een rolstoel. Goed restaurant en vriendelijke bediening.

Cons:

De trappen aan de ingang.

Perfect for our needs and for a great stay in Dubrovnik
Pros:

Very comfortable, modern facilities and great attention to detail. The host wear very friendly, very quick with advice or requests and full of local information.

Cons:

There isn’t much I can think of… the shower did leak a little but this wasn’t much of a problem.

Nice rooms but poor breakfast
Pros:

The location was great and there was plenty of parking. The rooms were a good size too. Dinner was very good - a good choice and very reasonable prices.

Cons:

It was so very hot - although I did manage to grab a fan, it was still very uncomfortable in the restaurant and in my room (there were no sockets by the bed so the fan was some distance away and therefore achieved very little). Breakfast was also poor - little choice and the beans were stone cold. The coffee machine also needed a good clean - the nozzle was blocked so dribbled the coffee out - missing the cup etc. EV chargers would also be helpful.

Good spot for an overnight stop
Pros:

Our room was incredibly clean and the bed was relatively comfortable. Quite a bit of space in the room itself as well, so juggling a few suitcases wasn't too much of an issue. Parking charge was reasonable, and check in/out process was super quick and simple.

Cons:

Our specific room felt like it could use a little love; just a little tired. The bathroom in our unit isn't one that's pictured in the listing, and was a little clinical with fully open plan design (no divider/curtain/door for the shower). We also weren't provided with the wifi details on arrival – being a very late check-in/only an overnight stop, we weren't too bothered, but would have been nice to have the password provided with the keycard.
