Guests booking under a third party must inform the property prior to arrival in order to fill out the third party authorization form.

Friendly reception. Ask for nice quiet room at end of corridor and request done. Plenty of parking. Nice and warm. Good food and a pint at a reasonable cost . So good value for money.

Cheap and cheerful and good for a 1 night stay close to the airport, NEC etc. Staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was a mixture of cold and hot in buffet form and served us well ready for the long day ahead. I would use again
Beds could be all the same standard the 2 singles in our room were different in one was soft and the other hard.

It's definitely cheap. Breakfast is not bad for the price.
This is an unloved hotel and not particularly great value even at the low price. Corridors are really tired with flaking paint and obvious repairs missed. The restaurant is poorly lit and quite a depressing space.
Rooms are clean but without great thought. My bed was quite bouncy, like it hadn't cost a great deal. No plugs by the bed. Curtains had no blackout lining so it was a good job I had an early start. The bathroom had been spruced up but was still poorly and very cheaply finished. The shower screen had a leak and flooded the bathroom.
The main road nearby is busy late into the night. Windows are good so it's not noticeable with them closed, but with no aircon it would be a stuffy night in the summer.
You can't make a hotel quality just with the name.
The location for the NEC was great, hotel was nice and clean, food good, staff friendly and welcoming. Great value for money. Was great for 3*** hotel
Unless I missed it! Didn't see a ramp outside for wheelchair access. Lots of steps to get to rooms with suitcase. Carpets looking tired.

Late night deliveries outside our window, early refuse collection outside our window. A restaurant menu in the room would be useful. Not the hotels fault but got woken by fire alarm as someone smoked in thier room
very clean, big airy room, nice porter, ( BLACK CAT VERY FRIENDLY), just perfect . nice breakfast in morning, and a very nice restaurant nearby that I would strongly recommend (The Farmhouse), all in all it was great stay

The staff were so friendly. Amazing value for money. Clean. Would 100% recommend.
Only downside was noise from traffic but I could cope.

The brrakfast was however the worst part of the experience. Cold food, instant coffee, really the worst food ever. Sausages and bacon looked liked they had been set out from the day before
Good value for money and clean. Bar didn’t charge extortionate prices.
