Cons:

My only moan is there was a young girls sports team staying and a couple of nights they played football outside our window which was noisy and then on our last night a girl had a meltdown in the corridor and disturbed a couple of guests including us

Terrific Reception Ladies
Pros:

We found the Dunsilly Hotel to be good value for money and as we stayed for 5 nights we received a 10% discount. The room was clean, had ample space and facilities, and the bed was very comfortable. All of the staff were polite and helpful but I would highlight the Reception Ladies as a glowing example of terrific customer service. They went above and beyond the normal level of service.

Excellent Hotel to tour Northern Ireland
Pros:

Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel was in a great location to tour around Northern Ireland Good choice of food and was very hot even when breakfast was a buffet style

Pros:

Excellent stay. Only a one nighter on a business trip but I will definitely be back.
The service was impeccable in the restaurant in the evening and the lady running the breakfast service in the morning was brilliant. A great example of going the extra mile for your customers. This is how you run a successful business in tricky times.
