We landed at the Dunsilly Hotel Friday afternoon and they had no knowledge of our stay, we were relocated to another hotel 15 miles away. We were very disappointed and annoyed as we chose the Dunsilly for it convenience to our weekend plans. It has turned me off using booking.com again. I double checked my email and had a confirmation email from yourselves on the 8/11/2025. We were a long way from home and told we weren’t booked in my stomach turned.

We have just had an 8 day coach holiday in Ireland and we spent one night in this hotel, the quality of the rooms was excellent brilliant bed and shower ,very clean and tidy ,the food on the night plus breakfast next morning was of a high standard.the staff were so polite and helpful, the bar was set very high for the start of our holiday.we are planning to return to the area next year and this hotel will be top of our list when booking up .
It was a short drive to the ferry
Big car park
The food was poor…..not good at all….and relatively expensive…..
Breakfast was a joke….Buffet style….very poor….stewed tea…eggs like bullets…very sad really
No air conditioning…..not even a fan…..
It was a truck stop
Fabulous hotel outside of Antrim where the rooms are enormous and very clean. The buffet breakfast was plentiful with all sorts of choices to please everybody’s tastes. Easily accessible to the town centre by taxi or a forty five minute walk.
Very comfortable bed
Huge, spacious room, very clean and liked it he shower
Very modern and lovely bedroom
Location a bit out from Antrim
Very nice
Cudnt provide gluten free and dairy free enough for breakfast
Lovely breakfast. Very welcoming staff.
Nothing. Very professional and helpful.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Food was very good.
How helpful the staff was and location was lovely.
Had chicken mayonnaise sandwich and cold garlic parmesan chips, which had obviously been sitting. I couldn’t complain as someone was treating me for lunch, but had severe food poisoning as soon as I arrived home. Table was quite grubby also. Certainly wouldn’t recommend!
Very cosy and comfortable hotel!
The bed was comfortable.
The staff were not very friendly especially Chris who seemed to be the duty manager. There was a traveling community wedding in the main bar which was closed to all other guests. The only other comfortable chairs to relax on were in the lobby. We tried to make the most of it but several of the younger guests ( under 10 ) were jumping from chair to chair in the lobby unchecked by either the staff or their parents. One of the female guests threw a used disposable diaper under the table next to ours in the lobby. There was a loud argument in the corridor outside our room until after 2am.
Well run hotel and pleasant staff. On the outskirts of Belfast near Antrim town it is a great base to tour the surrounding area. Great value and good food.
