I was very disappointed that the hotel facilities as advertised on the official website were not available to us. The pl

The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The staff were not very friendly especially Chris who seemed to be the duty manager. There was a traveling community wedding in the main bar which was closed to all other guests. The only other comfortable chairs to relax on were in the lobby. We tried to make the most of it but several of the younger guests ( under 10 ) were jumping from chair to chair in the lobby unchecked by either the staff or their parents. One of the female guests threw a used disposable diaper under the table next to ours in the lobby. There was a loud argument in the corridor outside our room until after 2am.

Pros:

Location and staff are lovely.

Cons:

Very expensive for what I feel wasn’t up to scratch. Stayed last year and was blown away. Was a little disappointed this time. The breakfast wasn’t as goos as the last time either.

1.The hotel was spotlessly clean. 2. Every member of staff was exceptionally polite and helpful.
3. The room was a good size and the bathroom was spotless.
4. The food was delicious.
100% recommend, to anyone looking for a conveniently positioned hotel for exploring Northern Ireland.

What an amazing hotel! Superb food, fabulous staff and a gorgeous place. The accommodation is just excellent in every way.
Nothing is too much trouble. What a beautiful find.

Great hotel
Pros:

Spotless room. Very spacious. Bed was comfy. Staff were friendly. Didn't get to have breakfast due to needing to leave at 6am however the receptionist from the night we checked in offered to make us tea and toast

Pros:

Overnight stay with family . Beautiful hotel , very friendly staff particularly the lady at reception who was very understanding and helpful . Room was lovely . Ate in the restaurant and food was amazing and very attentive staff . Will def book again
