Terrific Reception Ladies
Pros:

We found the Dunsilly Hotel to be good value for money and as we stayed for 5 nights we received a 10% discount. The room was clean, had ample space and facilities, and the bed was very comfortable. All of the staff were polite and helpful but I would highlight the Reception Ladies as a glowing example of terrific customer service. They went above and beyond the normal level of service.

Excellent Hotel to tour Northern Ireland
Pros:

Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel was in a great location to tour around Northern Ireland Good choice of food and was very hot even when breakfast was a buffet style

Pros:

Excellent stay. Only a one nighter on a business trip but I will definitely be back.
The service was impeccable in the restaurant in the evening and the lady running the breakfast service in the morning was brilliant. A great example of going the extra mile for your customers. This is how you run a successful business in tricky times.

Trip to Antrim as a whole.
Pros:

Dunsilly is great location if you are visiting Antrim County rather than just Belfast. Super quiet, central location.
Room felt fresh, almost newly renovated. Beds are incredibly comfortable. The food in the evening is gorgeous. Staff are very friendly.

Pros:

Lovely comfortable clean room. Good choice on menus for evening meal and breakfast - we enjoyed what we chose to eat. The bottle of prosecco on ice was waiting for us in our room was a delight..Any staff we met were courteous and helpful.
