According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. We emphasize that the contracted daily rate covers a 24-hour period, with checkin from 2:00 PM and check out by 12:00 PM. Estrutura nova e bonita

Cons:

Quase tudo. Check-in muito tarde, checkout muito cedo e não fazem nenhum tipo de cortesia. Muito caro para o que oferece. O quarto tem acabamento bem simples. O meu não tinha abajur ou luminária, como eu fui para fazer um curso, não conseguia estudar à noite quando chegava e, ao ligar para a recepção e informar que minha situação, disseram que não podiam fazer nada (detalhe: nas fotos dos quartos do hotel aparece uma luminária de mesa e uma de pé). O café é bem básico, o suco de laranja não é natural. A cama não parecia muito limpa quando cheguei. A piscina não é aquecida (CURITIBA). A academia é simples e não muito moderna. É distante de qualquer ponto de interesse ou evento ou ponto comercial. Enfim, definitivamente não vale o preço.
