Excelente hotel
Pros:

El personal es muy amable, la ubicación es excelente al estar cerca al mar, a centros comerciales, la ciudad de las artes y muchos restaurantes. Las instalaciones están en perfecto estado, la habitación es moderna, agradable, muy cómoda, con excelente vista a la ciudad.

MUY MUY caro.. tanto pasar una noche,como el precio del desayuno...
Las habitaciones están bien pero sin ninguna diferencia a cualquier otro hotel de 3 o 2 estrellas.

Buen servicio del personal. Bien ubicado en la parte moderna de Valencia. Bus en la puerta que lleva a todos lados.

Pros:

The location is great bus service right outside to all attractions close to walk to a lovely shopping centre and restaurant staff on reception lovely so helpful

Cons:

We had paper cups in room which was disappointing with the cost of the hotel it let it down and only 2 milk satchets in room . on second day no new cups or tea milk sugar filled up had to go and ask room staff and they gave us 2 we went and brought 2 cups from shop

Slechte bedden, bad niet bruikbaar (werd wel opgelost maar duurde 2 dagen voor eenvoudig probleem), kleine kamer
