Clean and modern downstairs decent bar and service.
The pillows were very very good.
Room was quite small and a little dated. Only one small bottle of water by the bed with 2 people staying in the room. Glass toilet door, Why?

I really liked the location of the hotel. Right in front of it there is bus stop and on the other side of the road. There is Mercadona and Supermercado 2 minutes away. Beach was 15-20 minutes by bus. I liked the room I was given, it was cleaned every single day. The staff was helpful and friendly especially Natalia as I had most of my interactions with her, she helped me with making a reservation for a restaurant, answered a lot of my questions about traveling and finding stuff. Overall everything else was absolutely fine.
1 thing i really dissliked is that the treadmill in the gym was nit working abd i reported that, but it was Sunday and i was told maintance will be at work on Monday which is totally fine, however the next day when i called in the morning to ask if it is fixed, the person who picked up the phone told me that nobody has complained so It should be fixed, it wasnt. I had to call again, then maintanance came and fixed it, but then while running it stopped Overal suddenly, luckily i did not get hurt.

La ubicación muy buena, se puede ir andando a la ciudad de las artes y las ciencias. Y un autobus enfrente que te lleva a la malvarrosa. El personal de recepción muy amable, te explicaba todo. La habitación muy limpia.
The hotel is very modern and beautifully decorated. The reception staff are very helpful and speak English. The breakfast is delicious.
The room is well done and we stayed in Room 321. It faced a courtyard and was quiet. The bathrooms are very clean.
When calling an Uber, make sure you are standing at the glass entrance doors of the hotel. If not, the uber stops at an adjacent street where it is difficult to find the car.
The Old Town area and beach are accessible via a car ride/metro.
There are 2 malls within a 5 minute walk of the hotel: Aqua CC( nice mall with a supermarket at the bottom floor and restaurants with different price points) and there is a luxury mall too within 5 minute walk from the hotel.
The City of Art and Science is also accessible by about a 12 minute walk from the hotel. Just across the road from the City of Art and Science is another mall.
