Por el precio que tiene, creo que hay cosas que mejorar como escaleras dentro de la habitación y para acceder a ella, nuestro lavabo perdía agua por abajo, etc.

Exceptional gem of a hotel
Pros:

Absolutely fantastic hotel. The location is exceptional right in the centre of the city opposite the Cathedral and 3 minute walk to Alcazar Palace. Room 310 is the best in the hotel and we had an amazing view of the square and Cathedral. Roof top bar with swimming, you couldnt ask for me. Superbly clean and all the staff extremely helpful and friendly. Great breakfast with all you could want in a lovely setting. 100% will be back there.

Pros:

Esse hotel é absolutamente perfeito. A localização é fantástica, a passos da Catedral de Sevilha. O atendimento na recepção é muito bom, resolvem rapidamente qualquer demanda. O hotel é muito bem decorado, tem um rooftop excepcional e a piscina no calor de Sevilha é essencial. É pequena para o tamanho do hotel mas atende muito bem. O quarto é limpissimo, camas confortaveis , toalhas e lençois muito macios. Tem cafeteira nespresso no quarto e eles fazem reposiçao de capsulas todos os dias.

Cons:

O bar da piscina poderia ser melhor. o atendimento não é muito simpático, os drinks são bastante caros e não são gostosos. Pedimos uma sangria que estava totalmente descaracterizada do que é uma sangria de fato. A não ser pelo bar da piscina, todo o resto do hotel é incrível.

Atendimento na recepção, excelente bar na recepção e no terraço da piscina. Localização excelente.

Cons:

Tem estacionamento, mas se você estiver com uma SUV grande não consegue entrar.
Deveriam comunicar na reserva que se você pretender chegar com carro não deve seguir o Wase, pois vai enfrentar uma sequência de ruelas muito estreitas e com esquinas anguladas que transformarão o caminho numa experiência de aventura bem estressante. Eles tem uma opção de oferecer uma autorização para você chegar por um caminho melhor de circulação restrita que só descobri depois ( e a utilizei no check-out).
