Had a fantastic time in a bustling but very friendly city didn’t see everything so would definetly return.
Pros:

Central location you couldn’t be closer to the centre. We could see the cathedral from the roof top pool. Old world charm of the building and decorations. Late check out time is a real bonus.
The fact it had a pool in the middle of this bustling city was great.

Cons:

Hit and miss reception staff. I witnessed the lady who checked people in and gave them lots of information and advice we had the older gentleman who did not tell us anything.
Not being able to flush toilet paper seems very bad in this day and age.
Small cups are no good for a cup of tea.
No loungers by the pool had to sit on leatherette seats in 40 degree heat.

Amazing view
Pros:

Wow! What an amazing hotel. The staff were all friendly and helpful
The decor is really nice, the roof top bar and pool area are amazing. The hotel is literally across the street from the Cathedral- convenient to get to everything we wanted to see. Highly recommend the Hotel Dona Marie
