Categories

Cleanliness
8
Multiple guests noted rooms were very clean and tidy; however isolated problems (housekeeping leaving a door ajar, a toilet issue) reduced the score slightly.
Service
8.5
Staff described as helpful and amazing in several reviews; service references were consistently positive with few negatives.
Location
8
Frequently praised for being convenient, close to town and right off the interstate; some guests found the exit/placement uncomfortable and reported road noise.
Room Quality
7
Rooms described as comfy and clean by many, but issues were reported (elevator problems, bathroom/fixture failures, no in-room microwave/coffee, and one power outage).
Amenities
6.5
Several complaints about missing or inconsistent amenities: no hot breakfast in some stays, no microwave/coffee in rooms, no exercise room despite signage, plus parking fees and pool-light intrusion.
Value for Money
8.5
Numerous comments highlighted good/excellent value and fair pricing for the stay.
Food and Beverage
7
Breakfast received mixed feedback—some guests said it was great, others called it average or noted no hot breakfast available.
Overall Experience
6.5
Overall stays were often positive in terms of cleanliness, staff, and value, but recurring issues with amenities, occasional major failings (power/outlet/toilet), and noise lowered overall satisfaction for several guests.
