Categories

Cleanliness
4
Multiple reviews report poor hygiene: dirty corridors, deplorable carpets, guests requesting slippers, and general complaints about cleanliness and smells.
Service
9.4
Consistently praised staff and reception (specific mentions of friendly, helpful staff and a receptionist named Manal who upgraded guests and followed up).
Location
9.2
Frequently noted as a strong point: very close to the beach, center and attractions; convenient for transport and restaurants, though some noise from street/lift and pigeons reported.
Room Quality
8
Rooms described as spacious and comfortable with good bathroom options (shower + bath); some issues reported with smells and soundproofing, but generally comfortable.
Amenities
7.6
Basic amenities available (paid parking noted) but some shortcomings: no Smart TV for one guest, small breakfast area, occasional broken coffee machine.
Value for Money
8.6
Several guests mention good price-quality (example: reasonable family rate in October); a few note it doesn't match other higher-tier properties, overall seen as good value at reported rates.
Food and Beverage
7
Mixed feedback: some reports of a very copious breakfast, others call it average or too expensive; hygiene issues at breakfast (pigeons, staff handling, broken machines) noted.
Overall Experience
7
Overall mixed but positive lean: strong service and location offset by notable cleanliness and some breakfast/amenity issues, yielding a generally satisfactory stay for many guests.

Déçu
Cons:

L’établissement est sale, les moquettes sont dans un état déplorable.
J’ai dû réclamer des chaussons de peur de mettre les pieds sur les moquettes.
