Pros:

Staff were friendly, bed was comfortable, room was spacious and clean. Resort and grounds were tidy and clean
Adults only so was quiet. Nice location, would have been nice to see the ocean but had a pool, however very cold and not heated, so not used

Cons:

The whole vibe was very flat, as nice as the stay was, can't fault our room or the friendly staff but the place a a whole was just off, like the staff just didn't want to be there. The resort has a lot of potential , but under utilized with uninviting reception, tired gardens and more effort with the food.
Breakfast was cold and very poor selection of food. We ate there once and then purposely went elsewhere as felt it was very subpar.
It would also be nice for the suite pools to be heated in winter so it could have been used.

Good location, basic accommodation for what we paid
Pros:

Easy to find, 10 mins from airport. Serviced daily. Relatively quiet (except roosters which are all over the island). Room service was tasty

Cons:

Breakfast was included but check-in with Jetstar is 7.10 am and breakfast does not open until 7.30
There is a smell of hydrogen sulfide gas which is terrible. Tiles everywhere are cracked. Needs a lot of money spent on the the place to get it up to a better standard. No smart tv, which is crazy as both of the previous 2 small private villas we stayed in have them. The whole place is run down. We had booked this accommodation as a special last 2 nights in RAR, and we were so disappointed.

It was just magical and I loved being right on the beach.
Pros:

The Buffet breakfast was really delightful. It included bacon, eggs, cereal and fruit. I loved the breakfast. The staff are always on hand to help out. I loved the staff members who were always happy and eager to assist. There is a washing machine near the front reception. The villas are clean and airy and fresh.

Cons:

There was nothing here not to like. I have no complaints. There were no problems.

Did not live up to expectation ( which may have been influenced by experience at our previous resort)
Pros:

Location was good
Villa was clean and spacious with everything we needed

Cons:

We struggled to get hot water at times
Snorkel gear was unavailable till second last day
The place looked old and tired and had no heart / soul.
Staff were ok but did not seem happy to be there!
Took multiple emails to organise airport transfer

Potentially could have been a far better experience

A lovely tropical island resort with pleasant staff members.
Pros:

Our villa with pool was amazing! The kitchenette was a bonus.

Cons:

The main pool needs an upgrade. It was disappointing.

Pros:

Great quiet location but easy access to local buses.Wonderful friendly helpful staff.

Cons:

THE SHOWER or rather the lack of water to the shower. Cold water was ok but hot was the worst ever.A trickle at best followed by periods of no water at all. Hot trickle was barely warm.To the point I had to use a face washer and boil the kettle to get water into the hand basin and sponge bathe.Totally unacceptable for the big $$$$ I paid.
Noisey loud music in the lounge area .As there was only our family group there we asked for it to be turned down or off . Supervisor over ruled and lovely lady had to turn it back on whilst appologising.

Pros:

Service was not good, god music blurring at breakfast, food was shocking and our villa needed alot of touch ups! Curtains that didnt close all the way, door had a massve gap in it
