A solid and comfortable hotel with no soul
Pros:

The room was spacious and comfortable, which I appreciated after several days of travelling. Cleanliness was good overall (probably around an 8/10) which is perfectly acceptable.

The real highlight of this hotel is the pool area. During Seville’s summer heat, it is a fantastic place to relax, cool down, and wait for the temperature to become more manageable in the evening.

The location is not in the heart of the tourist area, but it worked well for the last night of my trip. It is in a more residential, local part of the city and offers a different perspective of Seville. Getting to the historic centre is easy with a short tram ride, and the location is convenient if you are heading to the airport the next morning.

Cons:

This is a large hotel chain, and you can definitely feel it. The experience lacked any sense of personal touch, and some interactions with staff felt distant. A few employees even came across as rude, which was disappointing.

I have stayed in other NH properties before and was expecting a bit more in terms of amenities and overall attention to detail. While everything was functional, it did not quite meet the standard I associate with the brand.

Cons:

Llegamos a las 3 de la mañana de un concierto y no había agua en la habitación. Llamamos a recepción y no nos dieron ninguna solución. Solo que esperáramos Tuvimos que acostarnos sin duchar, sin lavarnos ni las manos cara, manos ni dientes. Ni poder ir al baño. No solucionaron un problema de necesidad básica por la que pagamos. Al día siguiente dimos queja en recepción y como no estaba el jefe de recepción no pudieron darnos una solución ni explicación solo nos comentaron de poner una reclamación formal. Cosa que hicimos. Esperamos una respuesta de su parte.

Mi estancia en el NH Collection Sevilla fue simplemente perfecta. No encontré ningún aspecto negativo. Todo estuvo de maravilla: la atención en recepción, el restaurante, la piscina, el gimnasio y, en general, todo el servicio del hotel.

El ambiente es muy agradable y se nota el cuidado en cada detalle. Me encantó la experiencia y me sentí muy cómoda durante toda mi estancia.

Sin duda, volvería al 100 % y lo recomiendo totalmente. ¡Un hotel estupendo!

La gente sudada de la maca ,

Creo que en Sevilla no volvería a este hotel.
Pros:

La piscina, y que a la entrada tienen agua para tomar la que desees.

Cons:

Un típico NH, la atención dejó mucho que desear, no nos quisieron dar la habitación antes de la hora, ni siquiera se preocuparon de mirar si había alguna disponible, después de un viaje largo... Una pena

Großes, von der Altstadt weit entferntes Hitel
Pros:

Das Frühstück war vielseitig. Eierspeisen werden auf Wunsch frisch zubereitet. Der Pool ist schön zu nutzen nach einem Tag Sightseeing. Die Betten waren bequem. Das Fenster ließ sich öffnen.

Cons:

Das Hotel liegt von den Sehenswürdigkeiten (Kathedrale, Alcazar) zu Fuß 29 Minuten entfernt. Mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln hätte der Weg 24 Minuten gedauert. Beides war uns zu lang. Das Fenster ist zur Hälfte mit einem Betonelement verschattet, gegen das man sieht. Es ist ein sehr großes Hotel mit vielen Gästen. Am Pool gab es nicht ausreichend Liegen und Sitzmöglichkeiten.
Er war zeitweise voll von Menschen.
