Big rooms, clean hotel, great facilities, helpful and friendly staff, excellent location
Pros:

We stayed in this hotel for a week. Our (standard) room was spacious, it was very clean and also kept clean daily. All is very professional, staff was very friendly and helpful, always available. The airconditiong is more of a climate control device - it doesn't get extremely cold, but is definitely good enough for sleeping. Beds were big and very comfortable. Excellent swimming pool.
The hotel is located near a metro and train station (San Bernardo) - about a 10 min walk, and there's many bus stops even closer by as well. We did not have breakfast in the hotel.
