Överlag utmärkt med bra personal.
Pros:

Bra frukost.

Cons:

Dock har jag personligen svårt för folk som pratar i högtalartelefon, så ett litet info till kunder/gäster att "prata normalt" skulle vara på sin plats.

Nightmare but once festival was over it was ok
Pros:

Downtown location is good, staff was great, rooms are old, gym was great.

Cons:

Should have been a warning that a multi-day festival was going on and it was impossible to sleep, jag lagged from 25 hour travel and could sleep due to super loud music till 1:00 am then people screaming then cleaners. It was brutal. The photos were from my room.

Mycket bra och god frukost!
Plus att dom har frukost fram till 10:30 under sommaren alla dagar. Man kan ta sovmorgon när man har semester och ändå hinna äta i lugn och ro!

Pros:

Centralt läge. Bra bemötande av personal när vi påpekade att vårt rum inte var städat ordentligt.

Cons:

Uttråkat och ointresserat bemötande vid incheckning. Slitna, dålig städade rum som inte såg ut att ha renoverats sedan 90-talet. Frukostbuffén var medioker, bröden kändes inte dagsfärska och grönsakerna trötta, dålig närvaro av personal. Det värsta var att det helt saknades luftkonditionering på rummen, vilket i kombination med undermålig ventilation gjorde vistelsen olidlig under några varma sommardagar. Den lilla golvfläkten som fanns vispade vara runt den kvava varma luften. Upprepade kallduschar var det enda sättet att kyla ned sig.
