Met the rudest person ever and then met one of the nicest person ever.
Pros:

One of the staff name Sallie, who went above and beyond to make us happy after another staff

Cons:

Staff member That I believe her name was sid who threatened us with "well i could just tell you we were overbooked and walked away not checking us in. Highly recommend you all get the video of interaction it was on 7/17/26 between 3:00pm and 4:00pm

Cons:

Check in was listed at 3pm. I arrived at 430 pm and the individual at the front desk had to go check to make sure my room was ready. Upon getting my room, the bed was on a cheap frame and was not stable, the room was dusty, the light in the bathroom did not work, the outlet in the bathroom did not work. 10/10 would not recommend anyone stay here.

Only 1 luggage cart for the whole building. Had to make several trips to bring our stuff in
Bugs crawling out of bath tub drain and 4 dead bugs on floor in room
Walked around room in socks and took them off before bed and bottom of socks were black from dirt on floor
