L’emplacement celui ci est très bien située, l’hôtel est très beau.

Es war ein großartiges Hotel. Das Zimmer in der 8. Etage war recht groß und gut ausgestattet. Es gab alles, was man brauchte. Der Pool ist riesig. Auch im Wellnessbereich gab es eine schönen Wärme-Pool und eine Sauna. Wir hatten den „Zugang zum Club“, was unser persönliches Highlight war. Das Frühstück und Nachmittagsessen waren großartig. Immer wieder gerne. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse auf der 8. Etage ist atemberaubend, vermutlich die Beste in Hangzhou.

Amazing location, close to everything, and DiDi drivers can easily find the hotel.

For me, this was one of the best locations ever — right in front of the lake and within walking distance of shopping malls, restaurants, and many attractions.

This is my third consecutive year staying at Grand Hyatt Hangzhou hotel. This hotel should be a dream place for everyone. It has an excellent location—walking distance to the famous West Lake, Yin Tai Mall, tons of restaurants and shopping centers. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back again next year.

Das Schwimmbad und der Wellnessbereich sind modern und großzügig gestaltet. Auch die Zimmer überzeugen durch ihre großzügige Raumaufteilung und die sehr bequemen Betten. Das Badezimmer mit Glaswand wirkt ebenfalls modern und luxuriös.
Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Dachterrasse im Lounge-Bereich sowie das ausgezeichnete Frühstücksbuffet. Die Lage direkt am See ist sehr schön.

Offers the best elevated Westlake view. Completed it with Club Lounge access, the experience is complete. We were so comfortable and cared for that we were almost reluctant to face the 37C to 38C summer weather.

The Guest Services team has been most patient and supportive with the parcel receival. Kudos. The deployment of robots also make it way more convenient and making me feel less guilty. Truly, I can tell that they are so busy as it seems that more and more people are ordering deliveries to their rooms.

For any international traveller, keeping to international chain hotel has its guarantee of services.

The food is really good too. Overall, thank you.

Location

I mean... my god this is one of the better hotels that I've stayed at throughout China. Although a bit pricey for a hotel within China, the hotel definitely lives up to it. I don't believe the location of the hotel could get any better than where it is situated as its right on the west lake and the bustling pedestrian street of Hangzhou. The hotel itself also offers many dining options such as Michelin Starred Hubin 28, which had exceptional services and was delicious.

With regards to the room itself, it is quite spacious and offers a large sofa with a large table, providing sweeping views of west lake if you book a lake view room. Additionally, I found the Grand Club to be exceptional with its offerings. This is a perfect example of a Club not having to offer a ton of food, but just higher quality and tasty food as I found myself happily eating breakfast and dinner within the club itself every day alike many others staying at the club. The club offered an assortment of hotel food along with a noodle station, which was greatly appreciated by the guests. The club also has an attached terrace outside that many peopled used, which gave great views of the West Lake. Additionally, the service within the hotel and club lounge was exceptional as well.

If you are looking for a top tier stay within Hangzhou (which is one of my favorite cities), I would definitely choose this property!

Most Outstanding because of Robert Bai who we met at reception well trained well spoken a Happy Gentleman due to a fantastic Manager who trained his staff well. Thank you 🙏 for the most amazing view and a lifetime of Happy memories in a Beautiful country with Beautiful people and of course the Beautiful West lake. Also to the Bellman who is a student but so well trained and mannered one can see the management treat there staff with respect and therefore they offer the respect back to the customers.
