Pros:

The staffs are quite friendly, location is convenient, I think only 5 mins walk from the Longxiangqiao train station. However, also due to this convenience, the surrounding can be very crowded. If I am looking for a quiet stay to enjoy The west lake, I would book some where further away from the city.

Location was the best, great selection for breakfast, plus they had a dyson hair dryer. Nothing was skimped on.

Nice property, excellent location but there are some service lapse that I do not expect at 5 stars hotel
Pros:

Excellent location, right at Westlake pier 5 where you can take the cruises.

Cons:

Jam to get to the property. Because it is location at the most busy part of west lake and everything is right at the door steps but unfortunately this also means that it is filled with tourists and there is only 1 road to lead to the hotel n very congested. the jam to go back to hotel is about 15 min even though we are only a very distance from the hotel entrance.
