Equipe de funcionários atenciosa e prestativa.

Cons:

Banheiros com pouca acessibilidade, rampa na recepção do hotel também é íngreme dificultando a acessibilidade. A limpeza ficou a desejar pois só foi usado o aspirador de pé, sem a limpeza de outras sujidades do chão. Cardápio do restaurante deveria ter mais variedade assim como opções de refeições para intolerâncias alimentares.

Stylich but not hygienic
Pros:

Excellent location, with plenty of cafés, restaurants, and shops close to the hotel, as well as access to multiple bus and metro lines. The hotel itself looked stylish and clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

It was stated in the booking information that slippers would be provided, so we did not bring our own, but they were not available. The toiletries did not include a toothbrush or toothpaste. The same product was provided for both hair and body washing, so I would recommend that women bring their own shampoo.

Most importantly, the towels were not replaced. My mascara did not come off completely and left stains on the towel, so I left it on the floor in the room to indicate that it needed to be changed. And yes… they hung the exact same towel back in the bathroom for me to use again! Because of this, I did not feel comfortable about the hygiene of the bed linens and towels for the rest of our stay.

There was a water bottle in the room labeled as refill, but it was never refilled. For two guests, only one coffee was provided in the room, meaning the other person had to drink tea!

There were no power outlets next to the beds, and the total number of outlets was limited. To charge our phones, we had to unplug the lamps. We also had to place the ironing board on the table under the TV.

Great stay
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We didn’t explore the surroundings much, although we visited some cute cafes nearby. Overall we had a very pleasant stay.

I enjoyed my room - it was very clean and the housekeepers did their job. Generally, the staff was nice. One of the receptionist helped me with looking for shops and places to go.

Cons:

The food could be better overall - the croissant tasted stale. When the courtesy water glass bottle had ran out, the housekeepers did not refill it. I had to ask several occasions to be refilled/replaced as it said on the bottle that it can do so. On my last day, the receptionist was a bit rude I don't know why.

El hotel en general estuvo bien, con estacionamiento adecuado para el vehículo que llevamos y pudimos dejar el coche desde antes del check in para iniciar nuestra visita a Lisboa.

Cons:

El piso de la moquete cercana al baño estaba húmeda y entrar al baño con pies húmedos resultaba peligroso y resbaladizo.
También era resbaladizo el piso de la bañera del baño,

Pros:

The room was comfortable and clean. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was good, everything we needed.

Cons:

The chiller wasn't working in the room, but was resolved by staff members on reception duties.
Air conditioning unit in the room antiquated and didn't seem to be working correctly. Luckily we were there when the weather was cooler.
