Pros:

Die Anlage ist recht weitläufig und nett angelegt . Die pooolanalage ist ebenfalls schön gestaltet.
Freizeitangebot ist nett ( Tischtennis, dart, billiard)

Cons:

gesamte Anlage ist in die Jahre gekommen. Frühstück ist einfältig und das Personal sehr langsam und vergesslich.
Das Personal am Pool ist lieber am Handy als sich um ihre Aufgaben zu kümmern. Der Pool war leicht schmutzig und auf Handtücher musste man auch lange warten.
Das gesamte Hotel hatte eher einen AI-Charakter was uns gar nicht gefallen hat ( Bespaßung mit Animateuren) und hat einen recht unpersönlichen Eindruck hinterlassen.
Der Strand und der Zugang zum Wasser ist eine Katastrophe bzw. nicht wirklich möglich…

Great value for money with lovely beachfront.
Pros:

The best beachfront I’ve stayed in. I have stayed in a few beachfronts on the Kenyan coast and this was my favorite. Amazing food, lovely scenery, entertainment every night and very welcoming and helpful staff. The property itself is not that new but its very well maintained. The greenery around the hotels rooms combined with well maintained lawns was a bonus. The beachfront room was really good with direct access to the beach. I will be definitely stay here the next i am in Diani.

Położenie, pracownicy, ogólny wygląd obiektu, baobaby! Jedzenie.

Cons:

Troszkę to wszystko stare i wymaga już remontu ale jeszcze się trzyma. Tak poza tym to wszystko super!

Pros:

They mean business when they say Beachfront. Our room was a literal stone throw away from the beach, 0 obstructions.

The stuff were very friendly and helpful.
The bed was massive and probably the most comfortable I've experienced in a hotel.
The location also perfect, less than 30 minutes away from the airport, and easy access to most places by Uber or tuktuk.

Cons:

They could do abit better with the food.

Would recommend to everyone for the best expereince especially the beachfront property.
Pros:

I liked the beachfront property and the spacious room provided. The staff were polite and talkative. The breakfast was comprehensive and well prepared.

Pros:

Beautiful resort gardens, amazing beach with a long and wide sandy coast, good service, and beautiful thatched cottages. Beach front cottages were really amazing- truly waking up right in front of the ocean.

Cons:

For me the biggest downside to the hotel was the number of sellers on the beach. I could not sit for more than 5 minutes without someone trying to sell me something in a pushy way. Whether I ignored them or answered politely or agressively- nothing seemed to work. I asked the hotel to increase the security they have on the beach because as a solo traveller it was really disturbing, and many of the comments were sexual.

Good value for money
Pros:

Excellent location, good environment (lot of huge biobab tress) with good traditional cottage with beach front views! Very good breakfast and buffet dinner/lunch! Staffs were very supportive and cordial! Altogether very good value for money compared to other costly resorts nearby.

Cons:

The bathroom and inside the cottages require some renovation to make them more modern.

Unwelcoming stay
Pros:

It's a beautiful compound, well kept and clean

Cons:

The buildings at old, no modern toiletries, accessories or anything. They couldn't even get slippers for the rooms. No beach towels were available.
Very poor customer service. Majority of the staff was impolite, uncooperative and incompetent. We had to ask twice or three times to get out orders. Charges increased after we reached the hotel.

It was good stay
Pros:

Food was good, good people stuff. And hospitality was great. AC is excellent

Cons:

Swimming in the ocean is almost impossible, so the hotel should build a larger pool with ocean water pumped into it so guests can swim in the ocean water in the pool.
