Pros:

The only thing we really liked was the bed and the spa tub

Cons:

Staff doesn't communicate very well, I asked how to get to the room and got a roundabout answer on where it was and where I could park. The hotel key fobs on the outside door hardly worked. The room was dirty, looked like someone smeared cocaine in one spot on the floor. Toilet was gross. Tub was very slippery, I had to clean it so my husband wouldn't fall. All in all, we will be staying elsewhere next time.

I was very upset for jacuzzi cold water was broken & the dirty stuff inside & under chair.
Pros:

The hallway smell like cigarettes smell & my room. And the room was nice when we got there. But when we got in my room. I look around and found paper on the bathroom floor & then I look under the chairs & found a few half of waters bottles half of water. & inside 1 of the chairs . We found use condom’s inside the chair. But I am a supervisor in housekeeping. & I was more upset because it was my birthday weekend. The jacuzzi in r room was mess up. Only the hot water work & the cold water was broken.So my husband got 4 times of ice of the big garbage can in the room for we can cool the water down for we can use it since we was there. So after we got in the room. We stood because it was my birthday weekend & it was to late & we was tired. And I went to the front desk in the morning to report it . And to pay for late check out because we was still tired at 11am . So I pay an extra $35 to check out at 1pm. And I ask to speak to property manager which is out of country until Thursday 4/2/26. So I have call Friday morning after 9am. To ask for sum of my refund for my room since it was dirty & the cold was broken & what we went thur to get cold water. My husband was just trying to do anything to make me happy . Since I was really upset & it was my birthday weekend. And sorry I didn’t take no photos. Because we left are phone at home ..
