Spacious apartments, good interiors and facilities

Cons:

Apartment should have big board, very difficult to locate the apartment and parking is completely hidden. Videos about the apartment entry and parking entry is absolutely needed. Paying for the parking was very cumbersome

Zeer ruim en proper appartement, 2 badkamers. Ontbijt werd aan de deur gebracht maar was zeker wel voldoende. Zwembad was goed van temperatuur.

Muy buena localización y zona tranquila.Apartamento muy limpio, muy cuidado y con todo lo necesario. Piscina exterior perfecta para un último baño. Checking y llaves de fácil acceso.Y lo mejor de todo garaje en la puerta.100% recomendable.

Pros:

Excellent location, comfortable rooms. Perfect for 3 adults and 2 kids. Right outside the metro and bus stop.
Clean and spacious.

Cons:

When they stated washer and dryer on site, I wasn't expecting 1 of each for the whole building. It was free to use which was a plus.

Sera parfait si la climatisation est réparée.
Pros:

Emplacement excellent, petit déjeuner parfait, communication aisée et réactivité des hôtes. Le personnel s'est montré aimable, serviable, réactif et a répondu très rapidement à tous nos messages. Procédure d'arrivée très bien gérée et très simple. L'appartement est bien distribué, bien équipé, très confortable et très propre. La piscine est indéniablement un plus - sauf évidemment si les utilisateurs sont bruyants... Enfin le fait d'avoir une assistance disponible H24 est très rassurant et très pratique.

Cons:

Pas de chance dans notre cas : la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas, avec un température extérieure de 35°, et donc l'appartement était très inconfortable la nuit (impossible d'ouvrir les fenêtres des chambres, qui donnent sur la rue au rez-de-chaussée). Pour tout dire nous avons regretté d'avoir dépensé autant d'argent pour finalement le même confort que nous aurions trouvé dans un établissement bien moins coûteux. Mais une fois réparée, cet appartement sera un très bon choix. Le personnel s'est montré très accueillant, et nous a indiqué que ce serait réparé avant la prochaine location donc nul doute que les suivants auront tout le confort souhaité. Dommage, cela nous a empêché de donner une meilleure note - mais il ne s'agit que d'une expérience personnelle et, espérons-le, unique ! Sans cela c'était parfait.
