Le petit déjeuner c’est une honte les couverts sont sales la serveuse pas agréable cet hôtel n’est absolument pas un 4 étoiles on voulait payer cash notre réservation mais le réceptionniste nous a dit qu’il n’avait pas de monnaie et qu’il fallait voir demain matin avec sa responsable le lendemain la responsable très désagréable nous dit qu’elle a pas de monnaie qu’on doit payer par carte bancaire je rappelle qu’on avait 100$ et qu’on devait payer 80$ donc ils n’ont pas pu nous rembourser 20$ même en monnaie locale!
Ce n’est absolument pas proche de l’aéroport Juan santamaria c’est un mensonge! Je suis absolument déçue
