el parqueo muy lejos, poca información y atención por parte del personal de escritorio, no hay restaurante y tammpoco algún lugar aceptable cerca. no me ayudaron con un cambio de fecha por error en la aplicacion y me toco pagar doble estadía

el parqueo esta lejos no es tan privado no hubo reintegro ni respuesta a la cancelación por un error en fechas tuve que pagar dos veces el alojamiento para poder hacer uso de las instalaciones

Heavy energy, uncomfortable mattress, some nice staff, poor ventilation/sickness

The staff were very kind and helpful when I needed to move rooms because I was coughing.

Firstly they moved me rooms because there was no window in the room. The second room they moved me into I was coughing. There was mould in the bathroom and if you read other reviews, people have had the same experience.

Cons:

The mould, the lack of ventilation, the heavy energy, the beds were uncomfortable.

Also, I requested a refund for one night which I thought was very reasonable. I was told by the staff that this would be honoured and I had to do this through Booking.com. I called booking.com who told me to go ahead and book another place (which I did). I relied on this advice, and then Booking.com then DENIED my refund and said the property didn't agree (and completely changed their position).

I have been a loyal customer for a long time of Booking.com and i thought I was being reasonabel asking only for 1 night's refund, not two, after I was clearly getting sick in this hotel - something other people have mentioned.
