Very clean Easy to get too off interstate

Elevators and out side of entryway into the Hotel looked dirty . Other than that the place was spotless and very clean

A great time at Harrahs KC
Pros:

Everyone here from , cleaning staff to check in , restaurants, casino floor attendant's ,everyone has been extremely friendly and very hospitable ! We plan to be back when ever we visit my son we have really enjoyed our stay

Great value for the money.
Pros:

Our experience at Harrah's was great. Very nice room, comfortable beds, bathroom had large bathtub, and shower. Very clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The only thing I was disappointed in was two of the three restaurants were closed. But still had a great meal from the one that was open.
