Nothing. Maybe location

Cons:

There were stains on sheets. The walls and doors were dirty. Splatter of something. Tv was connected properly. The stairwell and walkway were dirty. Garbage laying around. I asked for more pillows. Never received. The breakfast was cold. Over cooked. No juices. Watered down coffee.

It was close the the airport, cheap & the beds were comfortable.

It was tired & dirty. The staff at the desk on arrival was great, but some of the rest of the staff after that were less good.

expected better from the name Baymont
Pros:

both front desk personnel seemed very happy to be at the job. the evening receptionist was able to provide the basic bathroom supplies needed that housekeeping must have overlooked.

Cons:

missing a full compliment of towels, toilet paper, and coffee station supplies. the grounds are in need of some TLC. palm fronds laying all over and appear to have been there a good long time. trash everywhere, water leaking from all of the AC units have turned to slippery slime on the sidewalks. i expected a better product coming from baymont. maybe their standards are slipping???

Me hospedé solo una noche porque buscaba un hotel cerca del aeropuerto y que incluyera desayuno. La ubicación fue conveniente, pero mi experiencia no fue la esperada.

Cons:

El principal problema fue que la persona encargada del desayuno no se presentó y el hotel no tenía un plan alterno. Excellent stay! Will return!
Pros:

Great location, easy to find. Inside the rooms are completely renovated. Breakfast had a good variety. I will definitely stay here again!
