We didn’t stay!!!!!!!
Pros:

Nothing. They didn’t tell you when you check in that the pool is out, there is no hot water,and the breakfast that is supposed to be served is not. The door has a gap in it so wide when it’s shut that anyone could get in without keys because the door doesn’t fit the frame. Then on top of it all they want to charge you anyways even if you don’t want to risk dyeing.

Cons:

Everything. Rusty stairs. There advertisement is a big lie.

Once we arrived, the desk clerk was outside smoking and tried telling me we didn't have a reservation. She finally went inside to check and found that we did have one. Then she told us Booking.com overbooked and we didn't have a room. She wanted to put 7 of us in a single room with one bed instead of the suite we booked. Also, we called to let them know it would be after midnight when we arrive and she said we never called. Will never book there again!!

Nothing, entrance to the room was pitiful people smoking weed outside, ac units running water all over the walkway, the floor was not clean in the room and it was sweating on the floor wet all over 😬

Cons:

The sheets and pillowcases were dirty, stain and bugs on sheets. Didn't sleep in bed, sat up
in chairs with feet up all night at rusty table. Ring around toilet Inside. Huge roach in bathroom. Hot water didn't get hot. No trash cans for bathrooms. Tissue dispenser but NO tissues. Door frame has large gap not safe and bugs can get in room. Trash overflowing, Not clean, dirty outside of room and nasty. No excess to pool.

1 night is OK
Pros:

This place is really nice to stay there for 1 night, no more. I was there because I had early flight from JAX. This hotel is 5-min drive from the airport.

Cons:

AC was too noisy. I didn't sleep all night.

El alojamiento tiene un grave problema de limpieza y de administración que no han resuelto. Booking lo ubica como una opción de buena calidad precio. No encuentro en los reviews la realidad del sitio, no sé si eso será un problema de Booking o del alojamiento, pero se trata de un sitio con una probable peste de cucarachas, sin aparente servicio de housekeeping, con publicidad falsa con respecto al desayuno y a demás servicios. El personal del establecimiento fue muy amable y me ayudó a encontrar otro sitio y a recuperar mi dinero.

Very good and kind staff, I clocked in later in the night and the front desk person was very helpful, clean sheets, comfortable bedding, good location.

Cons:

Hygiene from the room wasn’t the best, and there was no basic necessities in the room like paper towels or toilet paper

Family Trip 2026
Pros:

The breakfast was great and the selections were definitely on point. The Home Fries (potatoes) were some of the best that I've had in a long time. The staff, that was there, made sure that the items were available. The Beds were comfortable, clean and the room was neat. Thanks

Cons:

The main issue that I experienced was the "LARGE GLASS SHIELD" in the bathroom that was suppose to be a water barrier for the shower. Also, there was no "HOLD / GRAB BAR" in the shower, which posed for a SAFETY RISK...!!! Although, it was pretty and decorative; it could've created a disaster for us. I have to assist my young adult daughter (who has special needs and disabilities) with bathing and the set up made it impossible to do so.

They advertised a free breakfast and didn’t have any. Not even coffee.There were no hand towels or wash cloths in the room. A coffee maker but no cups to put it in. The floor was dirty . There was No hot water in the shower or sink and the sheets were threadbare.

There was mold on all the pillows and the room smelled. The area was questionable at best. Was staying one night before a Cruise.
