The breakfast buffet was great. The pool and beach were awesome.
Reception staff were cold and not as friendly. They did not project the welcome vibe.

The hotel is practically on the beach, between S’illot and Sa coma town. It’s a great location. 2 min walk to the beach from the pool area. Supermarkets and shops only 5 min walk and plenty of them (and cheap!)
Room was large with a good view. Air conditioning worked well, and rooms include ceiling fan, too. Rooms were pretty sound-proof.
I’d recommend half-board. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. It does get a little busy, but don’t let that put you off. Quantity and quality of food is excellent. Lots of great vegetarian & vegan options (apart from Saturday / Gala night, for some reason). They do also have a restaurant on site you can eat at instead, twice per stay (for free), if you’d prefer something different. This is outdoors with a sea view.
The daily activities (air rifle shooting, archery, darts etc) are well organised and a nice addition. The hotel staff running them were excellent.
Pool area is great; large with plenty of sun beds and parasols to go round. Never struggled to get one, and hotel do ban reserving with towels! Bar is reasonably priced.
There is evening entertainment daily, which may not be to everyone’s taste.
If you’re not keen on the evening entertainment, there isn’t really anywhere else to sit outside.
Air conditioning a little noisy on the highest setting.
Not much in the way of toiletries in the bathroom.
I’d ask for a room on a lower floor, as lifts are small and take a long time. (We were on the 2nd floor, so didn’t need to rely on the lift.)

Sehr schönes Hotel, nette Rezeption und coole Animation
Speisen waren sehr gut und riesiges Buffet, aber sehr unruhige Atmosphäre im Speisesaal! Das ist verbesserungswürdig!

The food was amazing, especially the dinner buffer. One of the best buffet we have ever had. Huge seletion of healthy and tasty food. Evening desserts were highlight of my day.
Location is very nice, just at the beach, accessible for everyone.
Comfortable beds and bathrooms. Good aircon.
The room smelled a bit of cigarrettes.
No kettle, coffee machine, bathrobes or guest slippers in the room.
Massage at Spa and gym were disappointing.

'Speciality' dinner at the other restaurant was nothing special (buffet was much better)
Het personeel was enorm gastvrij en behulpzaam. Kamer en uitzicht vanuit de 6e verdieping (upgrade gekregen) waren super en het strand en de zee aan het hotel waren prachtig en heerlijk vertoeven. De housekeeping maakte de kamer dagelijks perfect schoon. Ik heb een parkeerplaats bij het hotel gereserveerd wat in de drukke zomermaanden super fijn was aangezien het om het hotel gauw vol was met parkeren. Hotel diner en ontbijt waren erg goed verzorgd.
Niet al het eten bij het buffet was warm en vers, maar dat lijkt me ook erg lastig. Was nog steeds erg lekker. Ik vond het jammer dat buiten dineren en ontbijten niet mogelijk was. Het eiland is relatief groot, waardoor je voor verschillende toeristische plekken in het westen, zuiden en noorden niet echt op een ideale locatie zit ivm reistijd van 1 tot 1,5 uur. Rondom Sa coma zijn echter ook veel leuke mooie plekken.
Young couple + Elderly parents:
Very clean hotel, great variety of food in the morning and evening, great location, beautiful beach with crystal clear water. Everything is nearby, including supermarkets, and the bus station is right in front of the hotel, very convenient! Even the tour buses stop there for pickup! Highly recommend if you travel with older people, and you value convenience and quality!
