Une nuit de rêve dans un cadre somptueux

- Le palace est magnifique
- L'accueil est prévenant et chaleureux
- La chambre était superbe, décorée avec goût, très confortable et calme
- Tout le personnel a été arrangeant et aux petits soins avec nous
- L'espace SPA est très agréable et appréciable
- Le petit déjeuner est copieux, varié et délicieux

- Et en plus, pour mon anniversaire, le personnel du palace m'avait même écrit un petit mot et offert un gâteau ! C'était adorable et je les en remercie chaleureusement !

C'est le plus bel hôtel où j'ai pu séjourner, c'était merveilleux.

Um bom hotel!
Pros:

Gostamos do hotel! Tem uma decoração bonita! Adoramos andar no elevador mais antigo da Turquia. Relaxamos muito ao ouvir a música ao vivo. E os funcionários são uma simpatia.
A localização também é boa! Perto da torre galara e de transportes públicos que nos levam para a zona histórica.

Cons:

A piscina e o jacuzzi são pequeninos.
O pequeno-almoço é bom (comemos um pão delicioso), mas nada de excepcional.

Outstanding staff, excellent location and spacious rooms
Pros:

Size of the rooms- the suite and twin was superb for a family. The staff were all exceptional throughout the hotel. The breakfast was excellent. The bed was the most comfortable ever slept in.

Cons:

It maybe could do with some updating in the room but I appreciated the period features and the bathrooms were all clean and up to date.

Beautiful and pleasant hotel. No good breakfast.
Pros:

Breakfast was not as expected. In a hotel like this, you expect mora natural food like fresh juices, and not juices from boxes. Coffee was not good. Being in Turkey, and at this price, you expect at least Turkish coffee. Variety of breakfast not good.

A piece of history
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful, full of history and very well located (everything is close by). We had two rooms which were great, very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. KadirTekin at the reception in particular really went the extra miles for us. Thank you.

Very beautiful place for visiting Istanbul whether first time or returning.
Pros:

Iconic, very beautiful and breathes the past with original decoration and furniture. The lobby and bar are superb and same for the flower arrangements.

È come aver vissuto in un museo. Struttura carica di fascino e di storia. Fatto hammam di copia. Bellissima esperienza. Apprezzato il gesto spontaneo per il nostro anniversario di coppia

Colazione ampia ma migliorabile. Rispetto altri hotel che ho apprezzato in Turchia ho trovato meno qualità e varietà. Menemen così così, idem i falafel o le specialità turche.

I love the people, they have an amazing attitude and I love location and the fact that is a well kept classic.
