Pros:

Helpful staff, very comfortable bedding, nice spa

Cons:

The bathroom was on the smaller side, and some amenities (hair dryer) could be updated. The shower and water pressure were very good nonetheless.

Central location but many problems with maintenance and noisy weddings a plenty
Pros:

Breakfast, location, bar

Cons:

The hotel interior looks over an open inner courtyard so when there are events such as weddings, the noise travels up to all the rooms overlooking this courtyard as the dining room is down there below. During our stay of 3 nights, there were 2 different weddings and so each night we were kept awake until 1am.
The staff don’t seem to care about that or the paying guests, only the wedding.
The airconditioner in the room didn’t work despite me calling reception many times.
The water pressure in the shower terrible
We changed rooms because of the noise and the aircon and water pressure were better. However the noise from the latest wedding was the same.
It’s basically a wedding hotel.
If you’re not there for the wedding DO NOT stay here unless noise doesn’t bother you which it won’t for many guests. We left this hotel to stay at the Ciragan which is 20 times better.

الفندق جميل لكن الاسعار غاليه جدا والموقع متعب الوصول اليه

الإفطار و خدمة الموظفين النظافه الاضاءه في الممرات مشرقه والرائحه جميله و الغرف واسعه ومريحه

غلاء السبا و غلاء الافترنون تي لم نستطع الدخول اليه وكذلك إطلالة الغرفه سيئه على اعمال بناء و اصوات الشارع مزعجه كذلك صوت البار والموسيقي ليلا عالي

Pros:

Tout ! L'accueil est digne d'un palace. Le spa est très bien équipé et les massages sont excellents. Le petit déjeuner est très diversifié et délicieux. La chambre est très spacieuse et bien décorée. Le lit était moelleux et confortable.
Le salon est très beau. On y a apprécié notre cocktail 411.
Toutes les équipes sont aux petits soins avec de multiples attentions.

History and opulence
Pros:

The opulence. The history, the beautiful and grand building, furnishings and decorations. Comfortable and modern rooms while keeping the old feel. The location is superb close to istikbal/Taksim area which has everything and stays lovely until early morning. Breakfast was good.

Gute Lage, große saubere Zimmer. Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig. Das Personal war nett und immer hilfsbereit. Besonders der junge Mitarbeiter Baran hat uns viele Tipps gegeben. Er war sehr höflich und hatte immer ein Lächeln im Gesicht.

Immersion à la grande époque de l'Orient Express

Le lieu est très beau, bien tenu. Le personnel est serviable. La chambre était propre et très spacieuse. Le SPA très agréable

Cons:

Le rapport qualité/prix du petit déjeuner.
Nous avons demandé un 3 lit, on aurait aimé qu'ils soit un vrai lit 1 place plutôt qu'un lit pliable.
Dommage pour les chambres d'un Palace dont la vue donne d'un coté sur un grand axe routier à forte circulation et de l'autre sur un parking de taxi. Cela dit, l'isolation phonique était parfaite.
