Gorgeous restored, historical hotel. The staff was very kind and concierge was beyond helpful, even walking us to our dinner reservation the night that Beyoğlu had streets closed off and guarded because of the parade. It wasn’t necessary but he wanted to be sure we were comfortable

Pros:

Beautiful hotel with so much history attached to it. Was very comfortable and our children(teenagers)loved it too. The staff, Kemal &Tekin were very kind and helpful. The restaurant outside had a wonderful ambience and served great quality food. Would stay there again because it is in a great location and you can access all the important sights and restaurants . Loved the beautiful classic piano music drifting through the hotel.

Cons:

If you'd like to step back in time in terms of opulence and grandeur in this beautifully maintained historical building then Pera Palace is for you.

Pros:

Это потрясающий отель. Особая атмосфера. Отель музей, но при этом очень душевный. Комфортно. Замечательный персонал, который дарит хорошее настроение. Очень все внимательные, приветливые. Очень удобное расположение. Все рядом. Великолепные завтраки. Не хотели уезжать. Для нас теперь если Стамбул, то только этот отель!!!

Pros:

Bom, mas nada de especial.

Cons:

Quarto "de luxe": cama de solteiro estreita, banheiro pequeno e desconfortável (sem janelas, sem local para pendurar toalhas e roupões para duas pessoas, ducha em cima da banheira, secador de cabelos fraco), decoração totalmente sem graça.

The breakfast is quite average, with limited variety and not many options to choose from. The staff were relatively less welcoming compared to other historic five-star hotels, such as the Winte Palace in Egypt or the Sofitel Legend properties (another hotel frequently associated with Agatha Christie). Their service felt more reserved and somewhat indifferent rather than warm and engaging.

Pros:

Its history
Concierge lady Ms Esma was very nice and helpful, in fact she was the only excellent staff we dealt with in the the hotel

Cons:

Customer service and specially the reception staff was below expectations , they need a better training to know how to deal with the customers and talk to them .
I may not go back to the hotel again
There was a rotten smell in the toilet
Bathrooms need renovation
