I would stay here again and again.....
Pros:

We had 2 rooms for the 3 of us..... a double room and an executive room. Spotless, clean rooms with high quality furnishings. Beautiful hotel with superb , cold air conditioning and a complimentary mini bar with non-alcoholic beverages and a snack. This is replenished daily as well as the luxurious scented toiletries. Useful sized tubes of shower gel , shampoo, hair conditioner and body lotion. Ample towels and comfortable mattresses.
Front desk service is professional. Thanks to Andreas who gave us his top 3 recommendations for authentic meals around the area. We went to 2 of them during our 2 night stay. Beautiful elevator and a most pleasant stay in Genoa. A 5 minute walk from the train station.

L’hotel ci ha conquistati fin dal primo momento. La struttura è bellissima, elegante e curata in ogni minimo dettaglio, con ambienti accoglienti e una pulizia davvero impeccabile. Ma ciò che rende questo hotel speciale sono le persone che ci lavorano: uno staff fantastico, sempre sorridente, disponibile e attento a ogni esigenza. Ci siamo sentiti coccolati durante tutto il soggiorno grazie alla loro gentilezza, professionalità e disponibilità. È raro trovare un’accoglienza così autentica. Complimenti a tutto il team, avete reso la nostra esperienza davvero indimenticabile. Se dovessimo tornare in zona, sceglieremo senza alcun dubbio di soggiornare ancora qui.

Basic hotel but clean
Pros:

Arrived hotel late afternoon, no bar 😞
Then the lift
Tried to give us a lesser room than we paid for
Got our paid for room!
Clean hotel, but nothing good when at hotel
Staff only wanted to moan at customers for any reason
Was good for railway station which is handy to get out of hotel
Will not go back
