Great hotel in Ibiza Town
Pros:

The hotel is well located – it’s right next to cafes, restaurants and the beach. It’s also easily accessible via public transport with busses to and from the airport stopping nearby. You can easily walk from the hotel to the Old Town in about 20 minutes. The facilities and room were clean and the whole hotel smelled so nice! The water pressure was amazing too.

Cons:

It was loud at night because people were constantly slamming doors. They provide earplugs, which sort of helps. I’d much prefer soft-close doors though!

Cozy stay, great location, warm staff, clean and nice room.
Pros:

Great Receptionist David and all the staff was very cool. Room was spacious, nice bathroom products and GREAT LOCATION.

Cons:

I think the room should improve lighting but that's my personal preference.

Horrible. I moved hotels at my own expense
Pros:

The location is good. That’s it.

Cons:

The staff are all rude. One called me a bastard in Spanish when I complained. They ignored me as I left the hotel on checkout and made me feel unwelcome. Horrible experience.

The shower flooded my room and ruined several pairs of shoes.

The room had no window or balcony and only one light. Felt like a dungeon.

Tem vários quartos com sacadas e tb com vista parcial ao mar. Solicitei quando reservei um assim. Mas claro que na hora do check in foi informado que estavam indisponíveis. Isso que fiquei 5 dias.

Deixei uma camisa no quarto e reparei no desaparecimento no próprio dia. Tive de falar com mais de cinco funcionários e, infelizmente, nenhum se mostrou particularmente prestável. Limitaram-se sempre a dizer que iam verificar a situação, mas nunca obtive qualquer resposta ou acompanhamento.

Além disso, o quarto tem muito ruído, tanto dos outros hóspedes como da rua, o que acabou por afetar o conforto da estadia.
