The location of the hotel is super convinient just a few minutes away for the city center. It also has a rooftop terrace that has a great view of the castle, it was magical at sunset.
The first night of our stay there was no hot water, however, the issue was fixed.

I was very satisfied with the hotel’s cleanliness, service, and overall quality. The location is quite central, although it requires a bit of walking to reach Charles Bridge and the Old Town. The breakfasts were very good. You should especially try the restaurant bar in the evenings — the cocktails were excellent and reasonably priced. Special thanks to Oussama for the beautiful presentation of the cocktails.
Carpet was completely damp near the mini bar and there was virtually no hot water in the shower (it would be lukewarm at best).

At 4:20 in the morning the electricity shorted in the room. Call to the reception revealed that a technician comes at 8:00. I needed a shower and get ready for work. By 8:00 I was checking out. The receptionist came but couldn’t help with the electrical failure. I had to move room at 5:00 AM. It was very unpleasant and I was tired as I didn’t have a good night sleep. This episode clouded what could’ve been extremely pleasant experience. Also, I was surprised that upon check in nobody at the reception spoke Czech. I don’t mind as I am fluent in English but it was strange.

בארוחת הבוקר היום עומס בלתי צפוי וחוסר במלצרים למול העומס, אבל סה"כ בסדר גמור.
