The only thing I appreciated of this hotel was the kindness of the staff. Apart from that, this for me has been the worst hotel I ever stayed at in Ibiza. And I come to Ibiza regularly, every month. But I had to reserve this hotel last minute and had no other choice as everything else was fully booked.
Room with mold, impossible to sleep

Sat on a sofa at reception to have a call as in my room it was too smelly, and immediately got bitten by several sofa / bed bugs and now my back is full of bites.
Les points forts sont l’emplacement, à proximité de tout mais reste très calme, la propreté impeccable et l’accueil de l’ensemble du personnel et sa rapidité à répondre à tous nos besoins
Deux petits points qui pourraient être facilement améliorés, le service trop rapide pour nous desservir et bruyant au petit déjeuner avec la vaisselle
La struttura è posizionata in zona centrale a 2 passi dal centro, ma allo stesso tempo in una zona non troppo caotica. La colazione è di buona qualità e la camera spaziosa e pulitissima ha reso tutto super piacevole. Il bagno oltre che spazioso ha pure il bidet, non proprio facile da trovare a Ibiza anche in strutture più blasonate. La vista mare della nostra camera che poi si ritrova anche nel ristorante e nella zona relax è molto bella.
Direi nulla, non riesco a trovare cose negative poiché ogni esigenza piccola o grande è stata accolta piacevolmente e con professionalità

Location wasn’t bad, facilities were modern and clean. Good breakfast, nice bar staff and beautiful views on the beach.
Front of house staff were not at all attentive, welcoming or friendly, could definitely improve on customer service standards. Many machines in the gym were not working, Was not impressed with having to pay 7€ per night for a key safe either.
