La camera non aveva i comodini un po spartana.e il parcheggio per la moto non era sicuro
Tipologia di ristrutturazione, molto moderna e curata; colori, arredi e soluzioni ideali per ambienti non troppo grandi.
Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per 3 giorni e sono rimasta profondamente delusa dagli standard di pulizia, assolutamente non in linea con la categoria a 4 stelle. Per tutta la durata del soggiorno (3 giorni consecutivi), sul pavimento della camera sono rimasti evidenti ammassi di polvere, vistose impronte sulla porta di ingresso lato interno e un fitto strato di polvere sul bel lampadario di forma triangolare. È chiaro che la pulizia sia stata superficiale e che non ci sia stato alcun controllo. Da un hotel di questo livello ci si aspetta ben altra attenzione al cliente e all'igiene. Non ci tornerei.
La ubicación
Que al inicio me dieron una habitación i, muy mal conservada , deteriorada , que no se parecía nada a la de la foto de la reserva , y tras hablar con la recepcionista , al inicio me quería cobrar un suplemento por la habitación , además de informarnos que el hotel estaba completo y no podía darnos otra habitación , hasta el siguiente día ; pero tras insistir que no era la habitación escogida en booking , y que les pondría una maga reseña , optaron por cambiar mi habitación sin suplemento alguno .
De ligging voor ons daar wij met de ferry naar Napels moesten, daarom goede ligging. Voor de stad te bezoeken zou ik meer naar het centrum gaan, zeer drukke weg

Boa localização. Quarto com cama bem confortável e banheiro espaçoso. Com vista p o Porto da cidade aonde atracam os navios tanto de passageiros como para transportes. Próximo também do ponto de ônibus para o tour pela cidade, linha amarela. Com um terraço esplêndido com a bela vista panorâmica para o Porto. Jantar e café da manhã muito bons. Atendem plenamente. Nas proximidades encontramos : bar, restaurantes e sorveterias. Além de pequeno mercado e farmácia. O trânsito não prejudica o sono e no interior também bastante silencioso. A funcionária da limpeza, quarto 202, nos atendeu muito bem. Gostaria de agradece la assim como o funcionário do restaurante durante o jantar. Recomendo o hotel por todas essas observações feitas.
Tínhamos contratado atraves do hotel um motorista para nos pegar no aeroporto ao chegarmos. Fornecendo os dados do voo. Nosso voo teve um atraso de cerca de 1 hora e meia. E quando chegamos não o encontramos. Liguei para o hotel e o funcionário providenciou imediatamente um motorista só que tivemos que espera lo. Outro detalhe é que a porta do Box ( banheiro do quarto 202 ) não estava fechando bem com risco de molhar todo o piso. No mais tudo correu bem.

Colazione ottima ,sia salato che dolce,personale disponibile a soddisfare le richieste.Avendo la mezza pensione e siccome non abbiamo usufruito della cena all'arrivo (volo notturno)ci hanno lasciato la camera al check out fino alle 17.

Room was spacious and very clean, AC working well and bathroom was very big.
Breakfast was served in the last floor with a balcony facing the port, had several options, served as buffet.
Staff was nice and always available.
Although the hotel is not on the historical center, you can walk to the majority of must see locations and have several restaurants and bars nearby.
Hotel has parking available.
Hotel still under refurbish works so we were given a room in the 6th floor, right below the common area where breakfast was served so we would start to hear some noise coming from the kitchen around 8am.
