Vista mare/porto. benché viale trafficatissimo, la camera ha ottimi infissi, sia per l'insonorizzazione che per la temperatura. Stanza pulitissima e un materasso eccellente. Il sistema di oscuramento vetro bagno è una figata. Colazione abbondante sia dolce che salata. Personale più che gentile e prodigo per agevolare l'esigenza dei clienti.

Cons:

Avevamo la stanza al sesto piano, ed al settimo c'è la sala bar/ristorante, per cui alle 07:00 è iniziato il valzer delle sedie trascinate dai clienti intenti alla colazione. Consiglio alla struttura di applicare dei feltrini alle sedie e ai tavoli, oppure ai clienti di chiedere stanze al quinto piano.

Excellent location, let down by service
Pros:

We stayed at this hotel for two separate one night bookings during our time in Palermo, so two nights in total. The location right on the waterfront is superb, with easy access to the city centre, restaurants, and shops nearby.
The room itself wasn't large, but it was perfectly adequate, and spotlessly clean with a modern, smart finish.
The view from our bedroom window was a particular highlight. Overlooking the dock, we had a constantly changing scene of cruise ships and ferries coming and going, a genuinely lively and interesting show to watch right from the bed.
The hotel also has its own car parking to the rear of the building, tucked out of sight from the street and reasonably secure, at a cost of 15 euros a day. It gave real peace of mind, especially as we had a 1925 open top tourer with us for two nights and it needed proper security.
Unfortunately, service let the hotel down. Staff at check in and check out were neither particularly friendly nor efficient, and overnight housekeeping failed to replenish water and coffee, taking three separate phone calls before this was finally resolved. This should have been a straightforward part of standard service.
A hotel in a fantastic location with secure parking. This would easily have been a ten out of ten with friendlier, more attentive staff.3rd

Perfekt für eine Nacht nach der Ankunft mit der Fähre
Pros:

Ein perfektes Hotel für den, der abends mit der Fähre ankommt. Direkt gegenüber dem fährhafen. Sehr moderne und neuwertig ausgestattete Zimmer. Schönes und preiswertes Abendessen im höchsten Stockwerk. Würde es aber nicht für einen längeren Aufenthalt empfehlen, da zu weit von der Altstadt entfernt.
