The property was clean and very well maintained

Cons:

The bed was super uncomfortable, and was not pleasant to sleep on - when we complained, they said we could have gotten a mattress topper. The pillows didn’t help either, as they were hard and lumpy - when we complained, we were told that we could have asked for it. However, what was the worst was the AC - it was reading at 30 degreed when we got into the room, so we set it to 18 degrees, yet - the room did not get cold, and the reading did not change.
The two things that constitute a good and basic hotel stay were not met - at all.

Very clean and quiet all staff very friendly and helpful from entrance to reception to waiters and housekeepers

Needs to have more entertainment at nights and need to work on food the food is very average
