La limpieza

Cons:

La atención del personal, muy molesto por que me dan una habitación equivocada y habia huéspedes adentro y fue un momento incómodo y molesto. El dia lunes fueron a abrir sin consentimiento ni aviso previo, nos despertaron , que decepción que no dejen descansar.

Definitivamente no regresare a ese hotel mientras no tenga aire acondicionado
Pros:

El buffet buen sabor, buena calidad de alimentos, buena variedad. La ubicacion se acomoda al desplazamiento que requiero

Cons:

El aire acondicionado no sirve. El personal atento trato de solventar la situacion, sin embargo el problema que tiene el hotel es mayor, son equipos que se debieron renovar hace tiempo.
