Bon accueil personnel accueillant,bon petit déjeuner,belle piscine
Place de parking indisponible très compliqué de ce garer à proximité et gardien de place qui demande des 20dh pour sa garer chaque jours
La piscine est très bien, emplacement super à proximité de restaurants et pas très loin des points d’intérêts principaux de Marrakech
La plomberie de la salle de bains était déplorable (chasse d’eau très dure à appuyer, tout était un peu cassé)
tout je suis parti plus tôt et aucun geste ou remboursement
J'ai réservé une chambre triple mais en arrivant, on m'a mis dans une chambre double avec seulement deux lits simples. En parlant de cette situation à l'accueil, on m'a rajouté un lit clic-clac qui n'était pas confortable. On avons reçu aucun dédommagement.
De plus, la climatisation dans la chambre marchait à peine, nous avons eu du mal à dormir.
Le personnel de chambre est très lent, on leur demandait des serviettes car il n'y en avait pas à disposition; on a attendu au moins une heure !! C'est en forçant qu'on les a obtenu.
Je n'y retournerais pas, je vous le déconseille.

the receptionists are genuinely polite, and the pool was clean
The room was so not conformed to a 4 star hotel, was the worst experience I ever had since I started visiting the hotel, the rehabilitation took so long and not expecting it finishing very soon, prices hasn't changed though, the room was so tight to dispose 2 adults, towels aren't available to use, lights are out of use, TV isn't working, toilet flush is broken...

La gentillesse de certains membres du personnel et surtout de Lynda au spa. Niveau emplacement pas mal il y a beaucoup de chose à proximité
Tout. la tv n’a pas marché de tout notre séjour on a fait des réclamations mais rien n’a été fait. La chambre donnait sur le boulevard très très bruyant. Des travaux dans l’hôtel à 9h du matin impossible de dormir. La chambre est sale. Tout est vieux et mal entretenu. La piscine est pas mal mais c’est sale autour et manque de transat. Le spa la piscine intérieur était fermé ainsi que jacuzzi.
