Pros:

Fidèle à la tradition marocaine, l’accueil a été une nouvelle fois irréprochable. Mille mercis pour votre gentillesse et votre professionnalisme. Une mention toute particulière à Madame Nadia ❤️🫶🏻, une femme adorable au grand cœur. Elle mérite sincèrement tout le bonheur du monde.

La musique bruyante au bord de la piscine . Le manque de transats. La chambre dont le mur a subit un énorme dégât des eaux .

The staff were so nice and helpful and so are the cleaning ladies

Cons:

A Little Bit of Noise from people drinking alcohol and joining their rooms Late at Night. Also the Pool should be filtered Daily as smokers tend to throw some in the pool and some insects as well

great location, good reception but need to clean better
Pros:

Location is great, people at reception very kind. Clean towels, good bar, quiet place.

Cons:

Clients jump in pool without showering first, so you end up swimming with the sweat of other clients. The balcony door , the room floor were all cracked and not well cleaned. The beds are also too hard.

Le personnel est très simpathique et aimable. La piscine est belle.

Vrai problème de propreté.
Le matelas de mon lit était couvert de miettes, donc ça me piquait à travers les draps, obligé de défaire le lit pour enlever les miettes.
La chambre était très sale, nous avons demandé un second nettoyage.... pour le sol la femme de menage a seulement versé un peu d'eau et l'à raclé sur toute la surface et ensuite elle a essuyé avec une serpillere sale pleine de cheveux donc le sol était plus sale qu'avant ...... il y avait des traces sur les éviers donc je suppose qu'ils n'avaient pas été lavés.
Un frigo état dispo dans la chambre ... mais il ne marchait pas.
Il n'y avait aucune poubelle dans la chambre également.

A bit cheaper.

Cons:

A false confirmation about full payment that no further payment will be made. Because full payment was made while booking. On CHECK IN I was asked further payment of City Tax £13.42 to pay. The customer is always interested in fully and end payment . This is first time happened that in spite of full payment , there was a hidden payment of city tax . Why it wasn’t mentioned during making full payment ? Because of such an issue I am not happy .

Pros:

Tout d’abord le confort de la chambre (les lits) et l’extérieur avec la piscine qui était top

Cons:

L’état de la salle de bain qui est clairement répugnant, remplis de moisissure et de calcaire.

Lorsque j’en ai parlé à l’agent d’accueil il a à peine pris en compte ma requête je ne recommande absolument pas cette établissement au vue de l’hygiène déplorable.
