La ubicación que tiene y el servicio de transporte al parque Disneyland

Cons:

No me gusto nada.
La limpieza es pésima. En cuatro noches/cinco días, no acudió nadie ni a limpiar, ni cambio de sábanas ni de tollas. Conviviendo 5 adultos y dos bebés. Tampoco acudieron a sacar la basura.

Lo que hay que ver en un hotel

Limpieza , accesibilidad que no es adecuada para personas con movilidad reducida,no tiene aire acondicionado y hace mucho calor y solo un ventilador si hay disponibilidad y hojo te reclama que al machar recojas tu todo basura de las papeleras platos limpios y recogido,vamos que se los de hecho para no tener que personal para tales cuestiones y además si quieres más toallas las tienes que pagar por parte no pasan a limpiar durante toda la estancia

Pros:

Esta bien ubicado, cerca de la parada del autobus que te deja en Disney en pocos minutos. Hay un centro comercial con restaurantes a pocos metros, que no usas porque te pasas el dia en Disney. Estaba bastante limpio.

Cons:

Estancia pequeña para familias sin aire acondicionado. El personal en general es muy joven (seguramente estudiantes) y se nota falta de profesionalidad. Los momentos del desayuno eran un KAOS, falta de platos, servilletas, cubiertos, comida sin reponer, mesas una vez desocupadas nadie las limpiaba por lo que la gente con niños no se podia sentar. A modo de ejemplo, si querias agua, te la tenias que servir de una maquina y salia bastante caliente, os podeis imaginar en plena ola de calor.

- Une fenêtre avait été ouverte donc la clim ne s’était pas enclenchée. Il faisait 28 degrés dans la chambre.
- Changement de chambre à la dernière minute à notre arrivée : j’étais avec mes 2 enfants mais seul un lit double était prêt. Pas de draps pour dormir sur les canapé lit
