Always a great stay at Co Co La Palm, beautiful well kept gardens surround the property.
Pros:

I love this hotel, very in expensive to stay here. Located almost in the middle of the 7 miles beach, amazingly -- Best Beach water in the world. Plus free continental breakfast - a keeper.

Cons:

My room smelled like smoke, then I found out that prior guests are allowed to smoke on the balcony of the room. Unfortunately, I did forget to state that I needed a smoke free room.

Made the best of my stay despite everything. Love Coco La Palm.
Pros:

The beach, food, dining staff and securities.

Cons:

They gave me a room that had mould on the bathroom ceiling, took a whole day to change it, next room was ok. I needed it cleaned on my second to last day and asked early for it. Took me asking 4 times before the cleaner came. She said nothing, not hello, no apology nothing. Very disappointed as I love staying there. I will go back but I hope things change.

Worst of my 4 stays at this property
Pros:

The grounds were well kept and the staff was polite and professional

Cons:

The room appears to be a closet changed to pass as a bedroom
Bathroom a little box no shelf toilet almost butting up against the sink
Not even a chair in the room and inside the room felt damp and smelled moldy
The biggest disappointment was we found a large live waterbug crawling by the bathroom door.
The WiFi was almost nonexistent in the room. And the free breakfast was nothing but pastries and a juice with fruit we thought we could get a real Jamaican breakfast

Clean, fresh, friendly. loved the authentic Jamaican experience in a larger boutique hotel. Will be back many more times
Pros:

The junior suite was large and very clean. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Feels like you can have an authentic Jamaican experience while still getting the amenities a resort offers. I loved that I could leave the property whether to walk to the beach or adventure out for food. And if I never wanted to leave the hotel, I didn’t have to. The restaurant was lovely and the food was delicious.

Cons:

We switched rooms halfway through after extending our stay. I prefer the junior suite over the beach front room simply for the updated fixtures. Plumbing and Furniture

Pros:

The food and drinks were very expensive, so depending on what you want, a cheap all-inclusive might serve you better if you are there as a couple. The hotel is very nice on the other hand and very clean. My husband and I were very comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. Even the security was wonderful. The outside bathroom was always clean, too.

Cons:

Food and drinks were pricy.
