Great hotel and very comfortable stay.
Pros:

Only stayed one night at Coco La Palm but had a very comfortable stay. Great beachfront location. Nice hot shower.

Cons:

No WiFi in my room. This was quite a big issue.

Pros:

We loved the friendly and courteous staff, the clean facility and the atmosphere.

Cons:

The resort does need to invest in a better quality mattress, but we were able to get a mattress topper on the 3rd day that seemed to help a little. It would also be helpful to have a microwave in each room.

Coco once again spot on!
Pros:

This was my 6th time and the resort never disappoints from beautiful gardens to an incredible beach. Biggest surprise was the exceptional help friendly and the deluxe rooms are nicely updated. New paint, mini split air conditioner, curtains and tv.

Love the resort and location!
Pros:

Had breakfast daily and it was good.

Cons:

The 10% fees times 2 and the other fee is getting out of control. We are other places to not have all those fees.

Pros:

The food was excellent; the beach was also. This is a nice and cozy get away, with an atmosphere that allows for relaxation. A few refinements with interior of rooms could be helpful along with a few games and affordable activities.
