Mooie kamer, heerlijk bed en de bijbehorende beachclub is geweldig
Pros:

Mooie bijzonder ingerichte kamer, goede ligging t.a.v. restaurantjes.
De beachclub die erbij hoorde was echt top. Met reservering hoef je geen entree te betalen voor het park.

Joli hôtel dans le centre de Tulum avec un accès au Beach Club partenaire de l'hôtel accessible lorsque qu'il n'y a pas de sargasses; malheureusement en 2026, impossible de profiter de la plage!

Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables.

Le rooftop et la piscine en revanche ne sont pas très bien entretenus.

Le petit déjeuner est correct mais le restaurant est fermé.

L'hôtel est à quelques blocs du centre de Tulum qui est plutôt triste.

La mejor estancia!
Pros:

Excelente estancia! Las habitaciones son muy amplias, las camas de lo más cómodo! Se descansa muy bien no hay nada de ruido.
Destaco el desayuno y su calidad, son excelentes. Empieza a partir de las 7.30am.
El personal es muy amable y atento, siempre pendientes de lo que se requiera.
La alberca está muy bonita, temperatura ideal.
La ubicación es muy buena, muchos restaurantes tiendas. la parada de los colectivos están muy cerca.
Mi estancia fue genial y muy agradable, sin duda regresaré!

Muy bien en relación con el precio
Pros:

Está bien ubicado y las habitaciones son modernas y bonitas. El personal era muy amable

Cons:

La cama era extremadamente blanda. La luz se fue un par de veces, la primera vez volvió rápido pero la segunda tardó una hora. Había ruido de un motel de enfrente hasta tarde

Pros:

Camera favolosa, enorme, arredata con gusto.
Poco spazio armadio. È un peccato lasciare le proprie cose sui grandi piani d'appoggio e non dentro un armadio.
Piscina e lettini sul tetto, molto fico anche se la vista non è nulla di che.
La colazione è servita sul tetto.
Peccato che non ci sia un servizio bar per la piscina

Aree comuni non pulite e servizio di colazione lentissimo.
Al primo cambio di asciugamani non sono più stati consegnati gli asciugamani piccoli
Propongono un servizio spiaggia in una struttura convenzionata dove la spiaggia è inesistente. Non è un servizio utile

La chambre était très joliment décorée style bohème chic. Très grand lit. Bon emplacement.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner ´est servi qu’à partir de 7h30 ce qui n’est pas très pratique quand on veut partir en excursion après. Impossibilité d’avoir une box ou d’être servi avant .

Overall, I can recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay. I definitely don’t regret choosing it.
Pros:

Breakfast was included in the price of our stay. The breakfast is quite simple, but in my opinion perfectly acceptable for the money. The staff were very friendly who are always ready to help, including with taxi arrangements and similar questions. Our room was cleaned every day. The rooms themselves are quite spacious. There is a small rooftop pool with a relaxation area, which is especially nice in the heat. The soundproofing in the room is good, and overall the neighborhood is pretty quiet, despite being essentially downtown.

Cons:

The only downside was the very weak Wi‑Fi signal in our room. It’s possible that this issue was specific to our room. I would recommend that the owners look into this, as improving the Wi‑Fi coverage for all rooms is not a major challenge, yet for many travelers it can be a decisive factor.

Pros:

La struttura è carina, la stanza molto ampia e confortevole

Cons:

La colazione fatta sul momento non è molto ricca, non è cattiva ma un po' minimal. Non c'è TV nella stanza, non c'è l'ascensore e sia il bar per la colazione che la piscina sono sul tetto, per chi ha problemi non è comodo compreso il fatto che se non prenoti un piano terra i bagagli si devono portare sulle scale. Il letto grande ma si affossava, non comodissimo per la schiena. Infine l'ultima sera si è smagnetizzata la carta per entrare nella camera e il portiere di notte non sapeva come ripristinarla, poi lui è stato gentile e ci apriva ogni volta che rientravamo però certo non è stato il massimo. Ma cos'è che capitano.
