Unpleasant experience
Pros:

We had lunch here yesterday and the food was awful! Three of us ordered the Chicken Caesar salad. The chicken was chopped up slices of chicken of the type you buy in supermarket in packs for sandwiches and not a diced or pulled chicken breast. It came decorated with a soft boiled egg cut in half and a collection of anchovies of the type that comes in lemon and vinegar not the kind that comes tinned. Both the egg and the anchovies (the right kind!) should have been in the sauce and not on the plate. There was then what amounted to nearly a whole bag of rock hard croutons which were obviously to bulk the dish out but just went on forever! Can't even remember if there was parmesan but it may well have been in the, what seemed to be, bottled sauce. All in all an unpleasant experience. We did not order a pudding. The waitress also kept clearing the table whilst others were still eating and although asked to wait, carried on! She removed my plate whilst I was still eating the chips. Needless to say I will never eat there again. The place was packed on a hot sunny Saturday so it must appeal to someone.

Loved the location! Great walking distance to lots of things. Awesome breakfast!

Cons:

Room was a bit small but quite comfortable. Wish it had a walk-in shower.

Excellent location topped off with a great breakfast!
Pros:

Location was fab. Comfortable rooms and beds. Breakfast was excellent. Reception Staff were very welcoming and helpful. It was all round an excellent place to stay for a weekend in London!

Excellent everything except for the bathroom sink. Breakfasts were great.

Generally very good. I will return to this hotel.
Pros:

Good food in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Staff attitude very good. Facilities excellent.

Cons:

Water in the bathroom was not together hot enough. The room had a fusty smell.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist außerordentlich gut - nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß zur Westminster Abbey, in 10 Minuten ist man am Buckingham Pallace. Das macht es ideal für einen Kurztrip mit viel Sightseeing.
Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Von dem Pub haben wir in unserem Zimmer nix mitbekommen.
