Posizione, colazione, personale parlante italiano(Daniela e Valentina), Pulizia e igiene camera quotidiana con cambio biancheria.

Cons:

Assenza di maniglia a muro per accedere alla vasca oltre alla presenza del pannello di plastica nella vasca che rende difficoltoso l’accesso alla vasca agli anziani e disabili.

In general stay was good but disappointed with things mentioned above.
Pros:

location was excellent and breakfast was great.room was nice size and clean.

Cons:

Vey disappointed that last minute we were advised that we needed to switch rooms due to a problem.with room we had booked. We were not advised that the room we received was a handicapped room. In the bathroom a shelf over the sink made it impossible to wash your face without soaking the entire floor since there was not a lot of clearance room.We would not have picked this room if we had been advised. Also shelf space for toiletries was very limited for 2 people.

Loved the location. Centrally located. Great atmosphere at the restaurant.
Pros:

Nice choices on the menu. Coffee was always reward.

Cons:

The table in the room felt a bit tight. Getting into the shower felt awkward but it wasn’t a deal breaker.

Having breakfast included downstairs at the pub was perfect.

This is a quaint hotel in the center of London that is extremely clean and offers a great breakfast.
Pros:

The room was very clean, it is in an ideal location in the center of London and within walking distance to many of the top attractions to see in London! The breakfast was wonderful as well - keep that French Toast on the menu as it was extremely delicious!
