Idéalement situé, au coeur de Westminster. Très propre et calme , nous avons tout ce dont nous avons besoin dans la chambre. Pour Londres, la chambre est vraiment spacieuse. Nous avons apprécié d'avoir tous les jours du thé, café et petits biscuits. Lieu vraiment typique avec son pub où nous prenions le petit déjeuner, excellent d'ailleurs. C'est un hôtel 3 étoiles avec des prestations 4 étoiles, surtout pour Londres.
C'est certain, nous reviendrons !
Le seul petit bémol, la fenêtre qui ne s'ouvre pas. Lorsqu'il fait chaud, ce n'est pas grave, il y a la climatisation. Mais l'hiver , comment aérer la chambre ?
This is a beautiful hotel for old world charm but modern comforts. The bed was very comfortable and we appreciated the nice espresso available in the room even though breakfast is included. The location can't be beat because you are so close to major sites and underground stops are right nearby to get you most everywhere else. My husband thought the Scotch egg in the restaurant was top notch and they were very accommodating of my gluten allergy. We love this hotel and will be back!
We absolutely loved our stay! The location was fantastic and made it so easy to explore London. Our room was very clean, and I loved all of the toiletries and little amenities provided.
The bed was extremely comfortable, and our room had large windows that brought in so much natural light. We also loved the view from our room.
The staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Between the location, comfortable room, beautiful natural light, and great service, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
We would absolutely stay here again on our next trip to London!
Location, conveniently located to the sites and easy access via public transportation to Heathrow. Pub downstairs was great for food at night if too tired to seek out a place to eat after a long day.
They are not in WhatsApp- all communication is thru email and with the time change it can be inconvenient.

This is a boutique hotel. We booked a bed and breakfast package. The room was lovely with many amenities you don't see anymore such as complimentary toiletry kits and also a wonderful tea and coffee service. The breakfast was also excellent. The associated pub is quite beautiful with good food and beer. The staff at the hotel and restaurant were also quite good. We would not hesitate to stay here again. The location was also awesome... walking distance from many attractions and the St. James Park tube station.

The location is excellent, close to the Tube and buses. The pub underneath was very welcome, it served food until later in the evening than other pubs in the area and the food was good. The hotel room was spacious (for London) and the bed comfortable. The lift to all floors was helpful. The soundproofing in the bedroom was excellent, no noise from the pub or street - for except the bin lorries!
We're getting on a bit in age and our balance is not what it was. So baths, with shower over, are not ideal, particularly as there was no safety rail to assist getting in and out. Putting even one safety rail in would be a great help.
