Nel bagno mancava il bicchiere per i denti
nella camera per caricare i telefoni sui comodini bisognava togliere la presa della lampada da comodino e quindi non si ha luce

I love staying in this hotel
Pros:

Wonderful breakfasts, excellent every day cleaning, nice stuff who is ready to help us.

Cons:

It would be better if we had 2 beds than one big (we asked during booking a room). But bed was cozy and it was okay for 2 separate people.

Pros:

We arrived at the property late evening after a storm. The service check in was rapid and the lobby looked welcoming. The top floor including the pool and jacuzzi was amazing we had most of the holiday fun swimming and relaxing at the view of the neighbourhood and city. There were plenty of cafeterias in which we had amazing breakfasts. Also the place had lots of supermarkets near by and restaurants. The beach was very close and we managed to live across the city easily which came in as a bonus of picking the place. We met Kevin one of the receptions which was one of the first ones to smiles and welcome us every time we saw him. And helping us securing our luggage’s at the check out.

Cons:

As we walked in the staff was very unwelcoming didn’t received a smile or talked to us. They did a fast check in which got us to quickly access the room to change out wet clothes. The room ac wasn’t working to increase the temperature even when it was set on max. There was mould around the bathroom and cracks among the side of the door. Regarding the procedure of them taking the card at the reception for any damage got us concerned of being charged for previous damages. The curtains had a hole in side. The tv was very small that including the room and the shower. In compression with the very high rates for only 3 nights it showed a bad impression of arrival. We have also seen a bar in the pictures of the accommodation but there was no bar unfortunately. Just an entrance to a restaurant next door which unfortunately don’t have the best food choices

A bit outdated hotel, but friendly staff and good breakfast
Pros:

Very friendly personnel. Location is 5 minutes' walk from metro. Restaurants and coffee bars next door. Good wifi. Great choice for breakfast, which was cheap (11 euro). Beds were good too. All was very clean.

Cons:

Elevator was out of function. So, we had to walk from -1 to 2nd floor. Staff helped with luggage. The junior hotel needs an update. Old furniture and very small bathroom, however clean.

Eccezionali.
Pros:

Ci sono stati i miei genitori li e sono stati soddisfatti e felici,dei servizi e della gentilezza di una ragazza, italiana che lavora alla reception, che ringrazio molto x la disponibilità data ai miei Genitori.
È stato un regalo che ho fatto ai miei genitori, se loro sono stati felici, significa che c'è un grande team preparati ed accoglienti.
