Pros:

Personál byl vždy usměvavý a ochotný, snídaně skvělé.

Cons:

Myslím že na karty k pokoji by měli být napsané čísla,hlavně když každý ráno je hlásíme u snídaně, bylo by jednodušší ukázat kartu.

ארוחת בוקר עשירה, מקבלים בסבר פנים יפות, צוות נחמד ומעניין, בריכה נחמדה וג'קוזי קטן וכיפי בגג המלון. קרוב להרבה מקומות יש הכל מתחת למלון, בתי קפה, מסעדות, 5 ד''ק הליכה למטרו ורבע שעה הליכה מהחב''ד.

Cons:

נתקענו במעלית בקומה 4 היה נורא מלחיץ, החדר ממש קטןןן אפילו את המזוודה לא הצלחנו לפתוח עד הסוף.
אין כספת בחדר ונתקענו בחדר שהמיזוג היה מקולקל עד שהעבירו אותנו חדר לחדר בקומה 1.
הכניסה להוטל ג'וניור היתה סגורה וכל פעם נאלצנו להיכנס דרך השונטל הראשי לעבור 2 מעליות ומסדרון ארוך מאוד...

I would rather book something else. At the price, we have stayed at better places

The property was close to few key attractions

Cons:

The room size was smaller and bathrooms even tinier. The air conditioning did not function properly even after complaining and it made a loud ticking noise all night which was highly annoying. There is constant noise from the road outside the hotel and no sound cancelling at all. It was difficult to sleep with the ac sound and this street noise.

Ótimo custo-benefício, voltaria!
Pros:

Equipe muito simpática e prestativa, café da manhã muito bom, cama muito confortável, ótimo chuveiro, ótima limpeza e boa localização.

Cons:

Achei o banheiro um pouco apertado. Além disso, a acústica do quarta não é tão boa, dando pra ouvir outros hospedes falando enquanto aguardavam o elevador no corredor.

Pros:

Emplacement et petit dejeuner

Cons:

Chambres non insonorisés. Bruit des voisins comme si ils étaient avec vous. Bruit et vibrations de l ascenseur toute la nuit.
2 nuits quasi blanches!

Güzeldi ama bir daha tercih etmem başka oteller denemek isterim.

Kahvaltı vardı, konumu metroya ve brunch yerlerine yakındı.

Cons:

Verilen oda asansörün dibiydi. Tüm sesleri duyduk. Balkonların önünde masalar vardı yani cam açılmıyordu. Vitrin gibi. Asansör çok korkutucuydu. Odalara gitmek için diğer otelin içinden geçmek gerekiyordu. Önce -1’e indik otelin diğer tarafına geçip olduğumuz kata çıktık.

No pensamos volver a este hotel, salvo que lo reforme íntegramente y además reduzca los precios.
Pros:

Es díficil, por no decir casi imposible, el mencionar algún apartado que pudiera destacar en positivo de este hotel, excepto la atención del personal de recepción, que fue muy amable, y por supuesto la ubicación que es buena. Afortunadamente, el personal de recepción fue muy amable y nos reembolsó el importe de las cuatro noches resantes, ya que la primera noche la tuvimos que pasar en este hotel.

Cons:

No nos gustó lo siguiente:
El aire acondicionado no funcionaba, la tetera tampoco funcionaba, algunos enchufes no tenían corriente, todo muy sucio (mamparas de baño, paredes, etc.), en resumen, necesita una reforma, y por supuesto la relación precio/calidad, PÉSIMA, es decir, CARÍSIMO.

Excellent breakfast, very clean room, helpful staff.
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent, we parcticularly enjoyed the fresh orange juice. Room was very clean, quite small but adequate for our short stay. Staff were welcoming and responded to emails I sent before arrival.

Cons:

All accommodation in Barcelona is very expensive. This hotel was cheaper than others in the same location and it exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness and the breakfast, however it is still very expensive for what we got! But I would stay again purely for the cost compared to elsewhere.
The bed was a bit hard.
Our shower was powerful however water leaked onto the floor under the shower screen - needs some sealant.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht um seinen Gast.

Cons:

Die Rezeption ist bei einem Partnerhotel. Um dort hinzugelangen gleicht der Weg einem Labyrinth. Das ist gerade bei der Ankunft, wenn alles neu ist, sehr anstrengend.
Wir haben für ein rollstuhlgerechtes Zimmer gebeten. Das wurde leider nicht gewährt. Es war im Gegenteil extrem eng. Um ins Zimmer zu kommen, war der Weg zwar rollstuhlgerecht, trotzdem extrem eng. Auch das Bad war nicht mit einer bodengleichen Dusche ausgestattet, obwohl wir darum gebeten hatten. Insgesamt war es zwar rollstuhlgerecht, die Zimmer selber, zumindest unser Zimmer, nicht.
