Plazovy hotel s velmi kvalitnimi sluzbami, ktery stoji za navstevu!

Skvela poloha, nove vybaveni, pohodli, vlastni plaz s lehatky a slunecniky s dostatkem mist, plazovy bar a bistro s bohatym vyberem drinku a snacku, velmi ochotny a pratelsky personal! Bohaty vyber snidani a skvele kvalitni suroviny.

Cons:

Nema vlastni parkovani a parkovani bud neni vubec mozne, nebo je nutne parkovat velmi draze ve vzdalenych lokalitach nekolik set metru. Velmi spatne nebo nefunkcni odvetrani kanalizace, takze velmi intenzivni zapach ze sprchoveho odpadu kazdy den :-(

Disappointed
Pros:

We booked three rooms for a group of seven people. Before arriving, I had completely different expectations, both for the hotel and for Letojanni itself. Unfortunately, neither lived up to them. In my opinion, Letojanni is an old town with very little to do, and if I came back to this area, I would definitely stay in Taormina instead. Albatros Hotel is probably one of the better hotels in Letojanni, but our stay was disappointing overall. One thing that really bothered me was that when we reported the strong smell coming from the bathrooms, the manager said he couldn't smell anything. Since the odor was obvious in all three of our rooms and everyone in our group noticed it immediately, I found that response hard to believe.

The rooms: Every bathroom had a very strong sewer smell. The only way to make it a little better was to keep the A/C running very cold, but that obviously isn't a real solution.
The staff: The staff was genuinely friendly and always tried to help. They were probably the best part of the hotel.
The restaurant: I would skip it. The food was mediocre, and during one dinner we found a cockroach in the bread basket. It was a terrible experience, especially for my mom, who saw the insect crawling right in front of her. Unfortunately, all of our dinners were prepaid, so we couldn't eat somewhere else. After that happened, the restaurant staff—especially Gian Luca—did everything they could to make up for it, and we really appreciated his kindness and professionalism.
Facilities: The beach is very rocky, the pool is small, and the breakfast is just average.
Management: To the hotel's credit, the manager ended up waiving all of our extras, including beach bar drinks, ice cream, second-row beach chairs, parking, and a few glasses of wine. It was a nice gesture and appreciated, but it didn't make up for the overall experience.
Overall: I wouldn't return to either Letojanni or Albatros Hotel.

Eccellente struttura e ottimo soggiorno
Pros:

Struttura nuova, moderna, pulita e ben tenuta . Hotel fronte mare con servizio spiaggia incluso nel prezzo. Personale gentile, accogliente, professionale e molto attento al cliente. Ottima la colazione per varietà e qualità. Il parcheggio dell’auto, raggiungibile con navetta gratuita, è offerto ad un prezzo giornaliero aggiuntivo.
