A beautiful place to enjoy your time in Dubrovnik.
Pros:

Beautiful, clean property with views of the Adriatic and a nice walk to the Old Town. Having beach access was another plus. Loved starting the day with breakfast on the terrace overlooking the sea. Breakfast was a combination of an extensive buffet and some a la carte options. Overall, a lovely stay.

Great Hotel with superb food very close to the old town
Pros:

The standout feature for this hotel is the absolutely superb food quality for dinner lunch and breakfast without any exceptions backed up by very friendly and helpful staff. Also, the location was a 20 minute walk down to the old town.

Cons:

The certain limitations based on the fabric of the building, which appears to be an older structure that has been very comprehensively refurbished and there is not a great deal of space at the beach

Fantastic boutique hotel where you can hear the waves and breakfast is outstanding.
Pros:

Amazing view and could hear the waves every night! Fantastic breakfast. Perfect location near but not inside the Old City.

Cons:

Air Conditioning wasn't working at first and the room is small.

It had its own access to the beach, the location was great and it had good facilities

Cons:

People passed in front of our room, which was a lack of privacy. But the hotel gave us a free wine tasting to compensate this and offered to change our room. The concierge was super helpful.
