A luxury treat with spectacular cliff side sea views and easy access to beach
Pros:

Absolutely spectacular views!
I keep returning to Bellevue every year for a luxury treat, the views are the best, as the hotel is on top of the cliff with direct elevator access to the secluded beach that is open to public, which adds to the ambience . The elevator ride to the beach ( glass walls, the views) is a visual experience in itself, just wow! It takes you straight to the hotel terrace with sun loungers and restaurant facilities, few steps from the sea.
The staff are warm, friendly and welcoming without exception
The breakfast buffet choices are amazing, and hot options as well, with plenty of vegan options.
Make sure you check out the indoor pool and spa facilities, I was there in May so I took advantage of the heated pool.
I was lucky enough this time to be treated to an upgrade to a deluxe suite, but any of the rooms with a balcony and sea view is amazing.
The old town is a pleasant walk away, but there are plenty of transport options.

Sehr schönes top Hotel
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal, Reinigung, Zimmerservice und Restaurant. Sehr sauber und gepflegt, luxuriöses Frühstück mit toller Aussicht auf Bucht. Baden in der Bucht war super, der Lift von der Lobby geht direkt runter an den (steinigen) Beach. Inkl. Towel-Servcie.

Cons:

Der 2km-Weg in die Altstadt war etwas anstrengend, besonders zurück bei der grossen Hitze. Hätten besser ein Uber genommen. Hätten gerne auch im Hotel zu Abend gegessen, war aber ausgebucht. Frühzeitig reservieren!

Amazing, loved every minute of our stay, The breakfast was delicious and the view incredible.
Pros:

This hotel is in an amazing spot about 1km walk into old town Dubrovnik. The facilities and staff were wonderful. We had a spectacular view from our sea view with balcony room. The beach although pebbly was wonderful, with hotel provided day beds for their guests

Cons:

There are not that many restaurants close to the hotel, you do need to be prepared to walk or taxi.

A beautiful place to enjoy your time in Dubrovnik.
Pros:

Beautiful, clean property with views of the Adriatic and a nice walk to the Old Town. Having beach access was another plus. Loved starting the day with breakfast on the terrace overlooking the sea. Breakfast was a combination of an extensive buffet and some a la carte options. Overall, a lovely stay.
