Perfect location!
Pros:

This hotel is the perfect location for touring the city by foot. The hotel has great service! I messed up our reservation by booking 3 people in one room instead of 3 rooms with couples they said no problem and quickly had rooms for us. The bar has delicious drinks with lots of ice! The rooms were beautiful and roomy .Amaziing breakfast but best of all was the service! Quick and thinking ahead to accommodate any help or service we might need. We will definitely stay there again! Best Hilton yet!!!

Great stay
Pros:

Stayed here for 5 nights in one of the deluxe King rooms after a small upgrade due to Diamond Status - the welcome on check in was friendly and swift and the room was lovely and clean, spacious with a turn down service on a evening.
The hotel is spotless and nothing was out of place.
We used the Exec lounge every day for evening drinks which is from 5-7pm. The staff here replenished things quickly and were extremely helpful and friendly. Soft and hot drinks are available throughout the day which was also ideal after a hot day trip out.
Breakfast was plentiful and never busy which surprised me as the hotel was full.
Everything was fresh and topped up quickly. I would have like to see Greek Yogurt as a choice but that didn’t ruin me enjoying other choices.
The consistency of service did drop on our 3rd to 5th day though. Seemed once they knew your face we were expected to remember what was on extra menu for eggs, pancakes etc. the menu was only offered on two of the mornings.
Really enjoyed our stay here and would happily stay here again.

First Impression
Pros:

A wonderful place with great views. You won't be disappointed. Get the ocean view room. Although it's pricey (i.e., $30 burger and $30 Grey Goose martini). There are plenty of nearby restaurants and bars with 5 or 10 minutes walk. Service was excellent.

Hilton to the Rescue!
Pros:

I arrived at the Imperial Hilton from Mostar, Bosnia. I had a bad fall on the Mostar Bridge. I was in terrible pain. They immediately got a wheelchair for me. They helped me get settled in my room and something to eat. The next morning my daughter called down and told them I need the ER . They called a driver and sent someone up with a wheelchair again. I came back after finding I had 3 broken ribs. Unfortunately I had to remain in my room for the 5 days we were in Dubrovnik. Now that’s a bummer big time. I did have a view of the wall from my window!!
I must say they made my stay go as well as possible.

Perfection all around
Pros:

Absolutely perfect . The staff were so nice kind and helpful . Access to so many amenities- breakfast was great. Rooms clean and peaceful and AC was perfection ! From check in to check out this hotel stay was the best we have had in all of our travels ! Hilton diamond member says thank you !!

Great hotel, great service, perfect location!
Pros:

My wife had a brief stop in Dubrovnik while visiting the country of Croatia celebrating our 20th. This hotel met all of our needs. Beautiful, clean, great and friendly service along with it being in a perfect location. We would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Almost perfect

What’s the almost? Stay in house opposite hotel. It was lovely and room was very nice but would have appreciated notice in advance to check if acceptable.

Stunning, Just Stay Here If You Can
Pros:

It’s incredible, the location couldn’t be better, the staff are phenomenal, the hotel itself immaculate especially considering the extensive history. The breakfast is fantastic, and the bar at night, again considering the history is great. The rooms are beautifully detailed and views couldn’t be better, highly recommend

Cons:

The air conditioning wasn’t great, shut off at night so I would recommend asking for a fan or air circulation is something that helps you sleep.

Pros:

Most of the Reception staff was very polite and willing to engage.
Breakfast and bar service was professional and pleasant.

Cons:

The sandstone cleaning team outside the main entrance to the hotel starting work around 3am. The noisy equipment kept us awake till about 5am.
However when mentioning this at reception the next morning we were offered a couple of drink vouchers at the bar as a goodwill gesture.
