Cons:

Categories

Cleanliness
7
Mixed reports: many guests note clean rooms and good housekeeping, but recurring issues (old carpet, occasional hairs, leftover bottles, and isolated tobacco odour) lower the score.
Service
8.8
Generally praised (friendly reception, helpful staff, named receptionist) though a few negative comments (an uninterested breakfast attendant, one report of unpleasant staff) temper an otherwise strong service impression.
Location
9
Consistently highlighted as a major positive: extremely convenient for the station, close to historic centre and parking; one note that station area can be less well-frequented.
Room Quality
8.2
Rooms often described as spacious, bright and comfortable with good beds; some maintenance issues noted (worn carpet, sliding door and bathroom door alignment, shower grille/showerhead problems).
Amenities
7.8
Good in-room amenities for many (water refill, teas, kettle, fridge, toiletries) and useful nearby services, but lack of on-site parking and occasional missing bottled water reduce the score slightly.
Value for Money
8.2
Multiple guests explicitly call it good value; clean, well-located and comfortable rooms support a positive value perception.
Food and Beverage
6.5
Several complaints about breakfast (limited choice, mediocre product quality, staff not replenishing items, eggs running out) make this the weakest category.
Overall Experience
8.5
Predominantly positive stays noted (would return, good nights, comfortable stopovers) despite occasional service or cleanliness hiccups; overall guests report a good experience.

Etablissement agréable et bien situé. petit-déjeuner à revoir!
Pros:
