Guest Service and Space Wins!
Pros:

I love how spacious this place this. The new remodeled suites are totally worth it overseeing the Nile. The house keeping is exceptional. Mahmoud Ali and Nema have such great guest service. They are also so fast to clean the whole place. I have 2 little kids and clean space is essential.

Nice location, value for money
Pros:

Location is great! We were lucky to get an upgrade and had two wonderful presidential suites!

Cons:

The hotel is pretty outdated unfortunately, however very clean. The lady in the breakfast room was not friendly, however the life guard at the pool and reception staff were very friendly. There was an evening at the hotel, so unfortunately we could not use the pool during the day. I think the pool water was too cold for me. My husband and son were ok with the water temperature.
In the room you can choose to keep towels or to change for sustainable reasons. We all chose to keep the same towels, but they were still changed everyday.
