Check in process I was charged double lucky I checked - it was an inconvenience as we were out for tea - I had to come back to organise refund - just a small sorry - nothing about the inconvenience it had caused

An unforgettable stay at The Langham, with exceptional service, luxurious comfort and care.
Pros:

The Langham was the most amazing place to stay! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Ray, who took our bags and made us feel so incredibly welcome. His exceptional service set the tone for what was a truly wonderful stay.

The location was perfect, the room was impeccable, the bed was extremely comfortable, and even the pillows were absolutely amazing! Every detail made our stay feel special.

I stayed with my daughter while we were in Melbourne for the Melbourne Marathon, and The Langham was the perfect choice for location, comfort and a little bit of luxury. We felt genuinely cared for and special throughout our entire stay, thanks to Ray and all the wonderful staff.

The level of service, the beautiful surroundings and the attention to detail made our experience unforgettable. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely love to return. Highly recommend The Langham to anyone visiting Melbourne!

Our go-to place to stay in Melbourne
Pros:

The location overlooking the Yarra and walking distance to Theatre and Galleries is superb. The staff without exception are courteous and helpful. We love the spaciousness of the rooms and the traditional decor. Breakfast Room Service is first class, with a wide choice of options, timely and beautifully presented. The Atrium Bar is convenient for relaxed drinks and meals. Altogether a most memorable and enjoyable experience.
