great experience, stayed only for one night on business. everyone looked after well with respect..team thank you
I’ve lost count of how many times my wife and I have stayed at The Langham, Melbourne.
More times than not, it’s because we’re going to a performance at Hamer Hall (best concert hall ever).
This time it was a little different. We had tickets to MSO (Classic Music) on Thursday night, and our daughter and son-in-law were seeing “Off Broadway” on Sunday night but needing a baby-sitter.
So, why don’t we stay longer and be the baby-sitters for them.
We had the 1 Bedroom Suite (which we’ve booked in the past and is lovely and spacious, but they had the The Residence by Kerrie Hess (2 bedroom) which was more than spacious – all of us having Club Lounge access.
And didn’t our Granddaughter love it! From Nicolas presenting her with a ‘backpack’ (which now goes everywhere with her) to a Pizza made especially for her in the Club, and a Pink Rose from the Doorman. The only negative, if I could call it that, was the come-down for her on leaving. Don’t be too upset – we’ll do it again!!
Special shout-out to –
Nicholas, Emma, Isha
Thank you!!
Definitely the Staff, next the Setting (all old timey and pink) and then the Pink Phones on every floor
Only that I wish my Events were closer LOL not your bad
Having not stayed at the Langham for a number of years, we were quickly reminded of the high quality of service and facilities on our 3 day stay. My wife’s coeliac status was also exceptionally well catered for. Loved our stay!
we enjoyed a delightful staycation at the langham in room 1803 overlooking the yarra river. the room was extremely pleasant and very quiet. the bathroom is a bit dated but not an issue. it was v clean, as was the room. i rate a hotel by the people it employs and trains and the langham comes up trumps here. all the staff we interacted with starting with ray at the front door and shania at reception to all the cleaning and breakfast staff we interacted with were extremely friendly and helpful. the extensive buffet breakfast was excellent. location is also extremely good and i would gladly return here any time.
its great location, good staff and nice room.
nothing everything seemed pretty good
Comfortable stay but compared to the Langham in Sydney it’s quite tired.
Fantastic location, great facility, rooms are gorgeous and clean.
The bed was terrible, very soft and somewhat collapsed but the team at Langham worked hard to replace the bed and ended up changing our room to offer a better bed experience, great customer service.
location was great I love the Southbank area.
Pillows - not great for me. Bed was comfy.
Upon arrival I realised I had lost my drivers licence and was quite anxious. Regardless of the fact that I have been a member since 2017 and stay quite regularly this was not taken into account with continued insistence of having photo ID.
This issue was not settled to my satisfaction and clouded my stay
This is our second consecutive annual trip to Langham, this time booking the Club experience. Kids really love the access to good food at the lounge, the jacuzzi and pool was always at a welcoming temperature and the adults used the spa, sauna and gym facilities. Hotel is also strategically located to many nearby tourist attraction so we had a good day's adventure when we're not in the hotel.
