Wonderful
Pros:

Superb room with outside terrace in direct sun overlooking the river. Close to Botanical Gardens. High quality gym with solid equipment far exceeding most other 5 star hotels. Awesome spa level with large jacuzzi overlooking the city. Fantastic breakfast. Really glad I stayed here, I love 5 star hotels and this is one of the best I've stayed at in a while. I usually go for the more modern places but Langham surprised me, so many boxes ticked with facilities and service, highly recommend and will be back.

We love the Langham. Thanks to Ray at Bell Services for being so kind and friendly.
Pros:

The Langham location is always excellent. The staff are always wonderful and the lounge bar was great.

Cons:

I do feel like the rooms are starting to show their age a little. Just small things - but we noticed this the last time we stayed too. The beds are extremely comfortable, and it's clean - just looking a little tired in the hallways and fixtures etc.

Exceptional location and service from the staff
Pros:

The location is brilliant and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Staff were great with the kids. Had a car with us and given the location, very easy to get to all get in and out of the CBD. Valet service very handy.

Cons:

The property is very clean however is getting a bit tired. Pool and wet areas were limited for space and amenities.

Old fashioned and looked it. Need more modern facilities to pay the price I did

Great location and service, just Hotel badly needs a refresh!
Pros:

Great location, on south river bank.
Staff very pleasant all over hotel.
Size of room is good.

Cons:

Tired facilities badly in need of upgrade, especially in the room - all furniture marked, carpets and chairs stained.
Bar is in foyer, no rooftop or anything visually set nice.
Breakfast basic and functional.
Sadly nothing special about this hotel apart from the people.
