Pros:

The location was good. Near the restaurants and cafes

Cons:

Small room. Not a good shower
Staff was not clear at the check in. Like what level the room is, or which way is lift. What time and which level breakfast will be.
There wasn't any light key on the wall. Should go all around the single lights in the room to turn on or off them.

Aside from the bed comfort the stay was wonderfully memorable
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent. Broad chlice of foods and a chef that willingly cooked special pancakes for my son without eggs due to an allergy. I imagine at peak times this might not be possible but his genorosity was a highlight of the stay for my son.

Cons:

The mattress was quite firm but the bed lacked any sense of luxury. I would compare the bed to a fairly mid-range hotel. It was not up to expectation. The pillows would good.

Pros:

Loved everything.

Cons:

Family of three stayed. The twin beds were a bit small for sharing three people. The advertising of the room to house a family of three was a big vague.

This is our second stay at The Langham it is expensive and in my opinion no longer worth the money. The rooms are tired
Pros:

Bed is super comfortable and the view from our room was wonderful. Quick access to the running paths along The Yarra.

Cons:

Rooms are tired and dated, location is not central but an easy walk across the bridge into the cbd. Staff were not overly helpful or friendly.

Pros:

Upon checking in, I was greeted by a lovely young girl Lily. She was efficient yet kind, happy and smiling. As the first point of call , she was the one who made my experience from the start.
The decor of the room was beautiful and just what I wanted
