Cons:

svecchierei in po' moquette ed eliminerei i pezzi di arredamento non in buone condizioni come ad esempio il mobiletto del bagno gonfio per l'umidità. L'isolamento acustico delle camere non è ottimale...abbiamo sentito rientrare tutti i vicini un po rumorosi

Cons:

I rumori dalle altre stanze e dal corridoio non permettono di riposare, la reception incustodita e buia (alle ore 18) l’odore della stanza appena arrivato era terribile, non vengono date indicazioni esaustive dal personale (dovevo recarmi all’ospedale per un intervento ma non sono stato avvertito dell’esistenza di una navetta e me la sono dovuta fare a piedi nonostante i problemi di deambulazione), una comitiva di cinesi (forse l’hotel è di proprietà cinese visto che poi mi hanno riferito che è usuale che ospiti pullman di persone cinesi) stava con le porte delle varie stanze aperte ed hanno disturbato con schiamazzi per tutta la notte dalle 2 circa fino alle 6,30 circa io poi me ne sono andato dalla disperazione…. Servizi inadeguati per un 4 stelle alla “modica” cifra di 90€ a notte!!!

El personal fue atento

Cons:

Mi experiencia en este hotel fue profundamente decepcionante y, honestamente, preocupante.

La habitación presentaba un riesgo evidente: un desnivel/escala interna hacia el baño que no estaba señalizada ni iluminada adecuadamente durante la noche. Esto provocó un accidente con consecuencias físicas que hasta hoy sigo tratando.

Lo más grave no fue solo el incidente, sino la total falta de responsabilidad posterior. A pesar de haber presentado evidencia (fotos y videos), el hotel y su aseguradora simplemente negaron cualquier responsabilidad, sin mostrar el más mínimo interés en el bienestar del huésped.

Un establecimiento que no prioriza la seguridad ni responde adecuadamente ante un accidente no debería operar bajo estándares internacionales.

Impossibile riposare non andateci
Pros:

4 stelle datato con moquette nella stanza, ma l’hotel avrebbe anche un giusto rapporto qualità prezzo ma i muri sono di carta, si sente anche i vicini tolgono un carica batterie dalla presa

Non so se era la solamente la mia stanza ma non è possibile dormire, rumuri da tutte le parti per tutta la notte , sembra di essere in camera con gli altri ospiti dell’hotel invivibile
